When Jesus works, it is Yes and Amen.

When Jesus works, he takes us back to aaalll that he has done.

When Jesus works, we get excited because weve taken everything on our knees to Him as a unit and he has heard us.

When Jesus works, we praise together as a family with clapping our hands, stomping our feet and singing from the depths of our hearts.

Our Sunday Message comes from:
2 Peter 3v1
'This is my second letter to you, dear friends, and in both of them I have tried to stimulate your wholesome thinking and refresh your memory'

Similarly as Peter reminds everyone to think back, so we were taken back to the greatness God has constantly done within our Macedonian Thanksgiving month of August, year after year. Mighty mighty miracles Jesus has made possible for our family. From the healing of leukemia and cancer within youngsters of the church to repossession of our families homes that was turned around into debt free situations. We have so much to tell.

All because of faithfulness. These young babies within our family can truly look back to how faithful older members of our congregation has been.

Therefore, we have our dear Sis Mac and our Motherleader Sis Vanessa called to the front ( not forgetting out Sis Marie who has gone to be with Jesus). Women that form part of the foundation of where we stand today.

Our children have the best examples of faith to grow up in and to look up to. They were celebrated today.

Our young ones were celebrated as well. Because of how beautifully our Sunday School Teacher, Sis Kiarah, leads them to always do something for Jesus. Some Sundays they bring scripture or song. And they do it boldly. We can even learn from them.

Our encouragement to you today, as the 911 family, is to Stay Faithful and God will do the rest. Remain in his love, in his promises and in his grace and mercies that are new every morning.

Today's message:

Genesis 25v19
'Now Isaac pleaded with the Lord for his wife, because she was barren; and the Lord granted his plea, and Rebekah his wife conceived'

As we know, Isaac was the son of Abraham and God had favored Abraham so much that he promised to bless him above his expectation. Then Isaac grew up to trust God just as much as his Father had and so much so that he layed before our Almighty God for his wife.

We know God had great plans for both Abraham and Isaac as well as Jacob who was born later on. We know this when we look at their lives throughout the bible and the nations that were built through them.

What is striking is how Gods plan for them prevails despite the odds. Despite the barriers. This teaches us one thing. Our responsibility which is to lay before God. To submit in all our ways.

From Isaac, great nations were to come. And when we look back with each generation the blessings multipled in hundred fold. But it only happens once we submit and trust.

Once God answered Isaac not only did the walls of infertility break, not only did God bless Rebekah with the priviledge of motherhood. But she was blessed with TWINS. All because of Isaac's submission, obedience and faith.

There are great things laying ahead for you reading this post. It might feel and seem impossible right now. But its up to you and me and everyone else to take up our cross, to live close to God so that he hears us and breaks that very walls of impossibility so that the greatness that God has destined can shine through us all ❤.

Be blessed
Be obedient
Be ready for greatness!

Where does your inheritance lay?

Today's Sunday Message:
Galatians 4:4-7 & John 3:16
Verse 5:
'And because we are HIS CHILDREN, God has sent the SPIRIT OF HIS SON into our hearts'

Verse 7:
'Now, you are no longer a slave but his own child. And since you are his, God has made you HIS HEIR'

Are you an heir of the kingdom of God? The answer is YES. God's love to the world is key to understanding this. John 3:16 says: 'For God so loved the world that He gave his ONLY begotten son'. But what is a begotten son?

It is a son who was given to the world, through the Holy spirit. To 'beget', means to receive something with great effort. This effort that Mary had to experience to receive Jesus, was an effort that exceeds the laws of nature: conception via the Holy Spirit.

Are you still on board, take a minute to let that sink in. This is deep 🤗... Now let's keep going: The next question then becomes, how are we God's children if He had only one, Jesus Christ, which he gave up for us?

The answer lies then, in asking this question: How does one obtain an inheritance? We know that when loved ones pass on, we can claim inheritance. And in order to claim, you need to be related. In other words, to become relatives(children of God) we need to accept Christ into our hearts 🙂. And we can do this only through his Holy Spirit entering our hearts.

But Christ was here in his physical form, remember? Therefore, Jesus needed to leave earth in his physical form to reach more of us through his Spirit. He had to go (in other words die) so that his Holy Spirit could be limitless, and entering thousands' hearts. That is why each one of us are his children.

If we accept Christ into our hearts, we become brothers and sisters and are all heirs of God's kingdom. Our Savior died not only for our sins, but so that we are promised an eternal inheritance. One that exceeds anything here on earth.

Let's be encouraged to chase our eternal inheritance fam
Its rich in promises

"See what the Lord has done, what we've been praying for, has come to pass, see what the Lord has done"

What a proud moment. Bishop Jacobs had the privilege of baptizing his first grandchild sister Kiarah Maker.

Sister Kiarah we are proud of your spiritual growth and how God is using you. What a testimony you have. The world is waiting to hear it. To God be the Glory.

Just for me, Just for you.
Jesus came and did it just for us.

What a blessed Holy spirit filled weekend. Thank you Jesus for giving your life for us. We are ever so grateful.

Celebrating our Lord Jesus, our congregation had a three-day weeknight service line up and a week of fasting leading up to the cross. We saw Jesus in his trueness as we focused on his every step through scripture leading up to the cross. Each day super Holy spirit filled.

Friday Morning we had a sweet anointing service where Jesus came and took all our burdens and even answer of prayer with hearts being reconnected to God.

Easter Sunday came and we could praise in celebration! Because He was wounded for our transgression and bruised for our iniquities. BUT He is Alive and truely has risen!

Let's remember that we are conquerors through Christ's resurrection and this week be what we carry with us everyday until we can celebrate again what Christ has done for us with offering up his life.

Our young ones also encouraged us after being blessed with God's Holy anointing as well on Friday. Zarah testified with her scripture John 12:35 with putting out trust in the light while there is still time. And for Beth, whose scripture was John 19:30 and she encouraged us that It is finished.

So we can surely trust and believe that our struggles are over!

Below are snippets into our blessed Sunday Service as the Sunday school blessed us with items.
