Come, follow me, Jesus said, and I will make you Fisher of man. Mat 4:19. If Jesus calls he calls you you have to understand that you are ibeing instructed, he is saying come follow me , which means you start to be a listener and acting according to the instruction. He said to us he is the way, the truth and life, that means you still have take instruction because you don't have a way,truth and life its in his hand. If you want to be a leader be a listener and be submissive. Peter became a rock because of being submissive to Jesus.
The spirit which is leading us congregation for the year 2019, is a fishing spirit that means sons and daughters will listen to the father. Your new name will be a ""soul winner"

The church will be in one voice like prophet Isaiah 61: 1-5, the spirit of Lord is upon me.
