When we talk about Jesus, we talk about someone who was carrying power. This was the power of God. I want to talk about you being a container that carries power. Be a vessel that will carry power. How do you carry power? You carry power by staying in prayer. You draw power by engaging with God. Jesus was a vessel that carried power, so when he carried power, everywhere he went he became an extension that transmitted the power of God to people. When the power of God is transferred to you, your situation changes. When you become an extension, you draw power from the Lord and transmit it to people. When you speak, your words are power, when you pray you release power. Move in power. It is not about talking. It’s about moving by power. Become a vessel that carries the power of the Lord.
The power of the Lord should be invested in us. Talking is cheap compared to doing. We must come to a point where we stop talking and start drawing power for the Lord. That is the assignment that we have. It is about the power of God. When you carry the power of the Lord, you become an extension that transfers the power of God unto people. The Bible says the rod of Moses swallowed the rods of Egypt. It was power against power. Where there is the power of God, the lesser power gets defeated. May your rod swallow the rod of your enemies. The Bible says, after God saw his people suffering due to pharaoh, he sent his servants to help. Some situations do not need talking, they need the power of the Lord. That’s why the rod of Moses swallowed the other rods.
Some situations don’t need preaching, they need the power of God. Don’t be a talking Tom, have a place where you draw power from God. If you say that you’re a man of God, have time to talk to God so God can fill you up with power. When you have the power of the Lord, fear nothing, because the power of the Lord will fight for you. It is not about how God you can speak English, how good you can preach or teach, we’re talking about the power of God. If you’re not an extension you’re just an empty vessel. When you speak, when you alter your words, power should be released. When you worship, power must be released. Dwell in prayer consistently to draw power from the Lord. Understand the power of worship.
There’s no person without an assignment. It is not about apostles, teachers, prophets, it is also about you. In God’ s department, you have an assignment. Begin praying, for just two minutes, wherever you are, stop thinking about everything and connect with the spirit. Open your heart, do not harden your heart. Pray that oh God, fill me with your power. Make me your vessel that will carry your power. You cannot eat rice and vomit pap. To become an extension and eat prayer, the power of God will be vomited in you. When the power of God is in you, it makes sure that it works.
When you do the things of God, do it with Love. When you’re an intercessor, do it with love. When you’re a worshiper, worship with Love. I decree and declare that the power of God will work for you. May the power of God turn tables for you. May it avenge you. May the power of God work for you. We are led by the spirit, you have to understand that. May the power of God work for you. There’s no evil voice that shall rise against your life, against your academics, against your marriage, against your career, may the power of God work upon tou. The power of God is unlimited.
The reason you’re still alive is the power of the Lord. You can go anytime but for you to be still here is about the power of the Lord. There are a lot of enemies that want you dead, but the power and anointing of God covers you. It’s not how smart you are, it’s about the protection of the power of God. The Bible says in the book of Proverbs, the evil one doesn’t sleep before they do evil. It is the power of God that protects you against every evil.
