The City of Refuge NPC is a duly registered Non Profit Company and a Public Benefit Organization (PBO) with the main oblect of upliftmen and empowerment of Communities. In joint venture with Judea Harvest, the NPC have just finished the construction of a church building in Shepheseli Village, Butha Buthe, Lesotho. Our upcoming proposed projects are the construction of a Centre of Hope at Van Rooy Village in Lesotho and Community Outreaches in Informal Settlements in Primrose. Our Vision is to build a Transformation Development Centre in Primrose, Germiston which will be the hub for Community Upliftment and Empowerment in the widest sense.
