🕌 Noor El Hamedia Masjied Annual General Meeting 2023 🕌

We are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Noor El Hamedia Masjied, which will take place on **Wednesday, 29 November 2023**, at 1:00 PM, between Thur Athaan and Thur Salah. The meeting will be held at our Masjid located on the corner of Long Street and Dorp Street, Cape Town.

Meeting Details:

- Time: 1:00 PM (between Thur Athaan and Thur Salah)
- **Venue:** Noor El Hamedia Masjid, Corner of Long Street and Dorp Street, Cape Town

Attendance Options:
You are welcome to join us in person at the Masjid. Additionally, for your convenience, we will be hosting the AGM virtually on Facebook Live and YouTube Live

The annual financial statements have been uploaded to our website in advance. We encourage all community members to review these documents prior to the meeting.

Important Note:
The reason for hosting the AGM between Athaan and Thur Salah, and opting for a hybrid event, is based on past experience. Ensuring a quorum, as required by our trust deed, has been a challenge due to the Masjid's location, lacking residential surroundings, and historical low attendance at AGMs.

We urge all community members to attend, participate, and voice your thoughts. Your feedback, comments, and questions are invaluable to us.
