Kingdom Greetings

There are times when God just wants us and him to dialogue. He removes us from people that we often run to and listen to. He will allow dry seasons in our lives, just to get us away so that he can spend time teaching us things himself. This moment of intimacy with God cannot be found in random prayer, but in meditating on his word (bible reading) and prayer. Prayer is not only asking God for things and randomly worshipping him but it is spending intimate, quality, intentional time talking to God. There comes a time in life where prayer alone does not seem to work. God wants fellowship with us which means dedicated time alone with him in meditating on his word (getting understanding & receiving revelation of his word) without necessarily lamenting about our problems. The word of God is God himself. In this season of meditation, which is in fact meant to be our lifestyle, God reveals himself to us in ways that develop us as individuals to the next level of life and our relationship with him. In this season God will teach us things about life and himself that our pastors cannot tell us, not because they do not know but because some lessons only apply to individuals at certain levels of life (Jhn 16:12). If we are prematurely told certain things, it can cause our falling away or sinfulness because we lack contextual understanding. God is merciful , he’s in control and keeps an eye on all that is happening to us. Nothing about us takes him by surprise (Isa 49:16). Ministers of God such as myself serve as encouragers, supporters and leaders in the house of God but we cannot replace that special bond between you and God, of your intimate moments with God, which is meditating (reading the bible) on the word of God and receiving the revealed word of God directly from him. He wants to fellowship and have a special relationship with you, hence he sacrificed his only begotten son for us. The power of prayer is in the revealed word, not just information.

Glory be to God - PRUNING

Jhn 15:2
It has come to my attention that it is in your doing well, behaving, being obedient to God, being faithful, loving and fearing God, that challenges , tragedy and pain comes. This is in 2 ways: 1st, the devil may be attacking you because of your close relationship with God. 2nd, God could be pruning you according to Jhn 15:2. Scripture says, it is a fruitful tree/person that God prunes. Pruning happens not because you have done something wrong, but it is to lead you away from your comfort zone onto your next level so that you may become even more prosperous, successful and fruitful. God is not a God of stagnation. He has commanded us to multiple and be fruitful (Gen 1:28)

LIFE CHANGED FOREVER - Joel 2: 25-27

Greetings my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.

It has been more than a year since I last wrote on this platform. Let me start by saying that in February 2021, the unimaginable happened to me. I lost my mother whom I loved greatly and could not imagine life without her.

Seven months later in September 2021, I lost my dad who was the standard I used to measure a good man. My dad was the sweetest, kindest and most loving man I knew. My world shattered but in it all, I still believes in God's goodness and did not blame him. I was just numb and continued to look to him. In fact I remember asking God that what am I supposed to do now that my parents are no more?... I was feeling lost. God responded by saying "Who said my parents are my purpose?" I quickly understood and accepted that response and tried to continue living.

In a short space of time, I found myself alone in this world with no immediate family member. Due to time spent off work and going through the emotions of my tragedy, in the mist of covid19, my business collapsed. My life has been turned upside down, inside out, but I'm glad to announce to you this day that finally, I'm on my way to recovery. It has been difficult and God has shown himself to me in ways that have truly overwhelmed me. I invite you this day to take a journey of recovery with me. I may not post every day but I will certainly try to post as and when the Lord leads me to. I plan on sharing my experiences of the past 2 years and lessons learnt from God, with you. I hope you will stay with me on this journey 💐

Acts 28:16 and Acts 28:30-31.
Nothing stops the purpose of God for someone. Even under unfavorable conditions, Paul's destiny still continued and God provided for him. This is dependant on both God and the individual. Life is a choice and God is always ready to cooperate and work with you. It all depends on your attitude. Will life's issues derail you and will you look ahead and forge forward with God by your side. Challenges will always be there and they will make you feel that God has departed from you and you are all alone. That is the great lie from the devil. The question is what will you do? Whatever you choose, God is ready to make the move with you.

Isa 41:9-10
Life is about constantly renewing your mind, your thoughts, based on the word of God and trusting God in his word and promises.

He says, you are his servant (through the great commission and living by his principles) we serve God.
He has chosen you, this means he didn't have to, he had other options but he chose YOU and he has not rejected you. He owns up that you are his and he is yours.

Let your mind be renewed not to fear because you are not alone. He is with you, don't be dismayed, discouraged, don't panic (for discouragement makes you lose hope and when you lose hope, then you give up). He will strengthen and help you. He will keep you steady, uphold you with his righteous, victorious right hand and keep a firm grip on you.

This means that there will be things that try to destabilize you, troubles and problems of this world, but he will ensure that you do not fall and are not moved. He's got you. Don't be afraid. PRAISE BE TO GOD!

Glory be to God.

Jhn 8: 31 - 32

If you abide in God's word, you are truly his disciple and you will know the truth and it will set you free.

The word of God is real and practical. We are often oppressed by life because we fail to receive the word with understanding, accept it and practice it. The solution to your problem lays in the word of God. Often we know and hear what the word says but we feel distant from it, as though it does not apply to our current time. Yet 1 Cor 10:13 tells us that our experiences are no different to what others have experienced. God saved them then, and God will save you now.

Ps 78: 9-38 - WHEN WE ARE AT WAR

Each day has its own battles. Our part is to sharpen our weapons each day, getting it ready for war. Meaning, we must spend time each day meditating and increasing in the word of God. As the word increases in you, the power and knowledge of what weapon to use for which battle, will increase in you. When you know the right weapon to use for that battle, victory is guaranteed.

Ps 78:9-38 - WHEN WE ARE AT WAR

Just like the sons of Ephraim, we have been given the word of God as a weapon for battle. The question is that, when we are facing battle, do we look at the greatness of the battle, put down our weapons, lose faith in our weapons, and turn from the battle to run away? Do we forget the instructions of how to use our weapons so that God makes us victorious? Do we forget the past battles that we have conquered using the very same weapons?
