May every plan God has "Jeremiah 29:11" be fulfilled. May this day bring joy and peace as we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.
From ours to yours. Merry Christmas 🎊🎊🎊
Merry Christmas from our families to yours.
The Anglican Youth of Southern Africa Exco would like to wish you all a blessed Merry Christmas during this festive season. We pray that this would be a time of joyous celebration with family and friends.
As we celebrate Christmas, may we not forget that our Saviour came through Mary, a woman in her youth. May God through this season and the year to come, use us young people to bring about change in our communities and countries.
To all the Exco's of the various Guilds/Ministries and Organisations wishing you all a blessed Christmas time. Thank you for all the selfless work that you have offered for the young people in the past year.
To all Bishops of the ACSA Province
As God sent Jesus into the world, so in turn Jesus sends us. As we proclaim the message of Christ's birth and the joy of the Saviour coming into the world. May we be caught up in the mystery of Christmas. God our Creator comes to redeem our world. Let us continue to share this hope with our people and those we meet this Christmas season.
Wishing you a joyous, colourful, and love-filled Christmas. May this holiday period also be a time of refreshing and blessing to you as you celebrate with your families and those closest to you.
We thank you Bishops for all the support and spaces that you have afforded the Youth Chaplains and Youth Workers to minister to our young people. As we keep you in our prayers may you keep them in yours.
To all Chaplains and Clergy
We wish all Chaplains and Clergy a blessed time as we proclaim the message of good news, that Christ resides with God’s people. Immanuel is with us. May God give all clergy the strength and wisdom for this day and Christmastide.
We pray that you may have a beautiful time with your families, friends, and parishioners this Christmastide. For those who take leave, may it be a time of rest and peace as you seek some spiritual, mental and physical renewal.
We as the Exco would like to thank Chaplains for all the work, prayers and support offered to the young people during this year.
To the families of the Anglican Church of Southern Africa
Christmas brings family and friends together. It helps us to appreciate the loved ones that we can so easily take for granted. May the true meaning of the holiday season fill your hearts and homes with many blessings.
For all members that have travelled to join their families for this festive time, may God watch over you on your travels; and to those who were unable to travel due to restrictions, may you find the joy of Christmas where you are.
To all youth workers and youth pastors.
Wishing you time to enjoy the simple pleasures of Christmas! We thank you for all the work you have done for Youth Ministry within this trying time. May you be empowered this Christmas season. As we celebrate, may we gain strength to continue the work in the New Year.
Thank you for all you do to make our AYSA ministry work and for all the good news that you have shared with us throughout the year. Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas.
To the staff of the ACSA Community
As some of the offices close for the season, may you find joy, peace and love in abundance during this festive season. We thank you for the work that you have done for the Anglican Church of Southern Africa.
You all are gems of the workplace. We hope you will have the most amazing and memorable Christmas this YEAR. We hope this Christmas season will take you closer to all those that you desire in your heart. See you after the holiday.
To all our School Chaplains, Sunday School teachers, house mothers/fathers and all the children within the AYSA community.
To the children, may you receive great gifts this Christmas that bring a smile to your face and make you feel special. Besides having gifts and treats this Christmas, don’t forget to thank Jesus for all the things He has blessed you with. Merry Christmas.
To parents and teachers, may this season hold for you the hope, wonder, and amazement that you felt as a child. As you have taught the Nativity story to our children and held them up in prayer may you also be enriched and inspired by the retelling of Jesus’ beautiful story.
To all Social Workers
We celebrate you as you continue to hold up the vulnerable, in providing them with a sense of security during this festive time. For the joy that you bring when handing out toys to children, for the peace you bring for handing out food hampers to those who do not have. For the love you share when running initiatives throughout ACSA that bring light and hope for those who have been struggling.
May you be blessed as you bless others, knowing that this is the season for giving.
As we celebrate with the company of family & friends, let us cherish the season. Let us as young people continue to connect with those who are on their own, and may we share the festive joy with our friends and family that we were not able to have around us. A call, or message of support and love goes a long way.
Share your festive joy with us and let us share our diversity in how we celebrate Christmas.
We would love to see pictures of you and your family at this time. Tag us as you post. Most of all, may we never forget to share the message, “Immanuel, God is with us.”
