FAITH
JAMES 1: 1-6
A believer is a person who's able to live where others don't live. How ? When there's someone who's sick, you declare him healed yet not healed, but faith says the person is healed. So faith becomes a substance, so when it is a substance, it's in the spirit not yet in the flesh. It's a substance of things that are hoped for, things not seen, things not heard of, but you declare them as faith and say that they are there. Now, when we speak like that, we say that faith is a substance. When you declare faith, you're exercising to declare things that they are visible yet not there.
Jesus is looking for faith. As Jesus is looking for faith, it is us who must exercise it. When we have faith, we have what we call a substance that'll make us enter in the Kingdom of God because it is impossible to please God without faith. Faith is the way to please God. If you want to see God pleased, have faith. If you have such faith and God is pleased with us. All that we ask for, He's faithful to do it. If He's faithful to do it, then what are we all supposed to have ? To have faith.
MARK 11: 20-25
Have faith with no doubt. When you doubt you'll shift from the position of having faith. Therefore, a person who has faith is the one who has faith without doubts.
Even though you can look at a stone and declare it as a tree. The fact that you're saying it's a tree, you remain with that faith without doubting what you see. Jesus said whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and thrown into the sea, 'and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. When you look, it seems impossible. When you look, it's a substance of something that is not valid, something that can not happen, but because you've declared that, it'll come into manifestation. So when you tell a mountain to move, it'll be so. When you declare your bad dreams to be cast, they shall when you have faith. When you get frightened at night while you're asleep, you declare to what frightens you to move away from you. The same applies to success. You declare it to come, money come, you can declare or call all things through faith.
Peter remembered and said, "Rabbi, look! The fig tree that you cursed has withered. The first thing Jesus said was to have what ? Have faith. He thereafter teaches and says whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it. So what do you ask from God ? You can ask for anything from God. He's faithful to do it because our God can do all things. So if God can do all things means you can ask for anything, anything you may think of. We'll have a prayer line, and you'll ask for what you want God to do for you.
Now we come to a point where God says he'll do it. What makes God do it or make it happen ? It's our faith. And I said it is what pleases God. So God will answer due to being pleased by our faith. Now, everything we ask for, we'll receive it.
_25 And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses."_
Now, there's a new instruction. "Forgive so that your Father also who is heaven may forgive you." No matter who wronged you about anything, you shouldn't hold grudges against them. When you hold grudges against them, you make your faith not to be alive but dead because a person who has faith doesn't have grudges. When you have faith, grudges shouldn't be part of your life. It doesn't matter whether the person has beaten you and you got defeated. What matters is that you forgive them, though they didn't apologise. You don't forgive someone just because they came and said I'm sorry, but immediately they do that thing you forgive them for your own peace and for your own faith not to be lost" If you hold grudges, you lose faith and wish death upon them, which is cursing the person, wishing that they be hit by a car. Now that's no longer faith but has become something else. Faith speaks of good things, not bad things. When we have faith, we should have forgiveness. That's very important. When you have faith, always know to forgive no matter the circumstance no matter the situation. You do that in relation to the heavenly Father forgiving you.
In all sins that we did,God has already forgiven us only if we have faith in him. When we have that faith in him, it's very important that when we've forgiven them, we observe what God does. The Lords prayer says forgive us our debts as we also have forgiven our deptors. When we say forgive us "as," that "as" means we're also doing it. When we forgive, we are revealing the Godliness of God that is within us. God is not far. When you pray and say God, don't look up because God lives within our hearts. He lives in us, and if He's in us, He wants us to do what He does. If God loves, we should also love. If God forgives, we should also forgive. If God utters blessings upon His people, we should also utter blessings. Things we do reveal our faith.
