“Prayer Against Poor Mental Health”

3 DAYS TO GO….

Meet our guests: Dr. L Skhosana

Lindiwe Skhosana, affectionately known as “Lele” Skhosana was born and bred in
Witbank now called Emalahleni. She is a professional teacher with more than twenty
years of teaching experience both in the GET and FET Phase. She is a phenomenal
woman who believes in making a difference to the community and those she meets
along the way. Currently, she is a recognised National Programme Director in the
Department of Education for schools’ enrichment programmes namely; South African
Schools Choral Eisteddfod, Arts and Culture. She also participates in community
development programmes like; The Wounded Healers, Women of Distinction and
Mpumalanga Choral Music Association.

She has also authored three Ndebele children’s readers. She is a translator and editor
for Ndebele language and has worked with publishers such as Oxford University
Press, McMillan and Workbench to mention a few.

She is one of the two women who graduated as Doctor of Business Management on
the 2nd of November 2022, with Regenesys Business School. Her thesis title is: A
critical assessment of the Association between Decentralised Strategic Planning and
Capacity Development as Drivers of Leadership Performance in Schools.
