Daily Juice

Purpose is an essential element of you. It's the reason you are on earth at this particular time. Your very existence is wired and wrapped up in the things you are here to fulfill. Don't let your habits become handcuffs. Anger will cost you more than you realize. A quick temper will pull you back and short circuit your destiny if you don't do anything about it. Quit saying and attributing it as your weakness. Get this- In Christ, there's no weakness.
If you are distressed by someone or anything external, you have given it the power to influence you, and the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to change at any moment.Don't destroy yourself by allowing negative people add dirts and debris to your character and purpose. Focus on God's purpose for your life.

A HAPPY HEART AND A CHEERFUL MIND

A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones (Proverbs 17:22 AMPC).

A disease such as cancer draws its life from depression, bitterness, anger, resentment, malice and sadness. But laughter, which is one of the easiest, quickest and instantly recognizable expressions of joy and cheerfulness, has curative powers. If people who are sick or faced with dire circumstances in their lives would act simply on God’s Word by learning to laugh often, they’ll be amazed at the sudden change.

There’re those who haven’t laughed in a long time. They’ve almost forgotten how to laugh. They look at their lives and conclude there’s nothing to be happy about. In fact, they’d feel guilty if they caught themselves laughing. They believe laughing is for those who aren’t serious about life. Yet, their stiffness hasn’t made life any easier for them.

God wants you to know from His Word that laughter is a healer. Your expression of joy is a good starting point for healing and restoration. Sometimes, when life seems to get tough, learn to pull back and laugh. Have a merry heart and a cheerful mind.

Interestingly, you don’t have to pray to God to give you happiness or cheerfulness; it’s a function of your recreated human spirit. You make yourself joyful with the Word of God. Remember, one of the fruits of your recreated human spirit is joy (Galatians 5:22); you’ve got joy in your spirit; and laughter and cheerfulness are expressions of joy.

CONFESSION
Irrespective of the circumstances, I’m full of joy twenty-four hours a day, for the joy of the Lord is my strength! I’ve been brought into a life of rest, with joy unspeakable and full of glory. The Lord continually fills my mouth with laughter and joy in the Holy Ghost! Glory to His Name forever!

Salt -VS- Rice...

If you were to cook 3 cups of rice, would you add 3 cups of salt to it?

Certainly not!

So, in every preparation of rice, the rice always outnumbers the salt, yet a little salt makes a huge difference/impact in the overall outcome.

In the room in which you currently are, look up at the ceiling...
What is the size of the bulb compared to the size of the room? It is probably a ratio of 1:5000.
Yet, darkness flees the entire space once the small bulb is flipped on.

If I am the salt of the earth, and the light of the world, then "little me" has the ability to make big things happen..

Sometimes, because we feel outnumbered or overwhelmed at the sheer magnitude of evil or wrong-doers, we then choose powerlessness, and decide to go with the flow, not standing up for what we believe is right.

Little doesn't mean insignificant.
You are significant. Your presence should make a BIG difference. Stop waiting to be on the side of the majority. They may be the majority, but they are the trivial majority, and you are the impactful minority.

They are the rice of the world, and you are the salt of the world..
They are the room and you are the light.
Make your influence felt!

Remember:
You are the world's seasoning, to make it beautiful...

So if we can just do the right seasoning to make even one life beautiful our life is worth living.

I think too many women have bought into the superwoman myth believing they’re supposed to handle everything, manage everything, and be everything without the assistance of a man. But more women are coming to the reality that it’s not meant for them to be alone or to play every position. The question is, will they admit it and specify exactly what roles they’d rather not be playing. ~ Michael Baisden
