Topic: The Love of God
Scripture: Romans 5:3–8
And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; (4) and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; (5) and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us. (6) For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. (7) For one will hardly die for a righteous man; though perhaps for the good man someone would dare even to die. (8) But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Settle It With The Lord First .

Wednesday, November 23rd .
Pastor Chris

…The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much (James 5:16).

A dear brother learnt about exercising spiritual authority and decided to act his faith. It had been cloudy and a downpour was imminent. Stepping out of his home, he commanded the rain to hold its peace. But soon enough, the rain started pouring down. He commanded the rain to cease, but the more he issued those commands, the heavier the downpour, and the more he got drenched.

He had read that Elijah stopped the rains from falling for three and half years (1 Kings 17), and so he thought, “If Elijah could do that, why couldn’t I?” But there’s something the young man didn’t understand.

If you only studied 1 Kings 17, you might run off with the view that Elijah merely proclaimed that there would be no rain, stormed out of Ahab’s palace, and the clouds were shut. James 5:17 shows us there was something more: “…he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.” Before Elijah declared that there’d be no rain, he had already settled the matter with God. He had prevailed with God in prayer in his closet; it was an argumentative prayer, because it isn’t man’s jurisdiction to stop or cause rain to fall.

Jesus made it clear in Matthew 5:45 that sending down rain is solely God’s domain: “That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.” What Elijah did was to bring his strong reasons before the Lord in prayer, and the Lord granted his request.

This is what you do when dealing with cases, situations or issues outside your personal territory or jurisdiction. You must first prevail in prayer. There must first be moments of intense, heartfelt, earnest prayer, supplication, intercession, and giving of thanks. Such prayer, the Bible says, makes tremendous power available, dynamic in its working (James 5:16 AMP).

CONFESSION

Blessed heavenly Father, it gladdens my heart to know I can set forth and plead my case with you, in earnest, heartfelt, continued prayer, and prevail against unfavourable circumstances. Thank you, Lord, for this awesome privilege, and the right to be heard each time I make decrees and entreaties in the Name of Jesus. Glory to your Name forever!

Walking In Love Is Walking In The Glory .

Tuesday, November 22nd .
Pastor Chris

Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled (Hebrews 12:15).

In Exodus 23:25-26, God made certain promises to the children of Israel, who were God’s chosen people of the old covenant. He told them: “And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfill.”

God didn’t say to them, “After you’ve prayed or fasted, I’ll bless your bread and your water; and I’ll take sickness away from you”; no! The only requirement was for them to serve the Lord, and the blessing will follow: there’d be no sickness in their midst. There wouldn’t be any miscarriages; neither would there be barren women in their land. He’d make sure the women carry their pregnancies full term, and the people lived healthy and strong, full and complete lives. How awesome!

It’s the same today. Ours is to walk in love. Jesus said to His disciples in John 13:34, “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.” Sadly, many ignore this truth, and allow bitterness to take a hold of their hearts. It accounts for the terrible experiences of many, such as debilitating sicknesses that defy all medications. Bitterness, anger, and malice are some of the most common causes of cancer. To walk in divine health, such unwholesome traits must not be a part of your life.

You’re born to love. Love is your life. The Bible says the love of God is shed abroad in your heart by the Holy Spirit. Walking in love isn’t a commandment for you as a new creation in Christ Jesus, but the only way for you to live. God is love (1 John 4:16 & 18); thus, to walk in love is to walk in God. No sickness, disease, or infirmity can thrive in your body, because you’re in the glory of God! Walking in love is walking in the glory.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for the revelation of your love to my spirit, and the ability to express and manifest your love to others. You’ve made my life so beautiful, decorating it with your grace, love and righteousness. Thank you for your glory in my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Further Study: || 1 Corinthians 13:1-8 NIV If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. 4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. ||

|| John 13:35 By this shall all [men] know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. ||

Speaking The Truth In Your Heart .

Monday, November 21st .
Pastor Chris

LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart (Psalm 15:1-2).

If you’re going to walk in the glory of God and have His grace and power manifested in your life, the Word says you must walk uprightly, work righteousness, and speak the truth in your heart. Now, what does it mean to speak the truth in your heart? This is where a lot of people miss it. They don’t have a problem walking uprightly; they don’t have a problem working righteousness, that is, doing right, but then they have a problem with “speaking the truth in their heart.”

Notice that the psalmist didn’t say, “He that…speaketh the truth to his neighbor”; no! I‘m aware that a few translations render it in a way that seems to suggest that it should read “speaking the truth to someone else,” but when you study it from the original Hebrew rendering, you’ll observe it has nothing to do with talking with somebody else. The Amplified Version renders it clearly: “He who walks with integrity and strength of character, and works righteousness, And speaks and holds truth in his heart.”

Did you notice that? It’s dealing with speaking and holding the truth in your heart, and what does that mean? It means meditation: speaking and thinking the truth in your own heart. That’s meditating on God’s Word. If you’re going to walk in the glory and anointing of the Spirit; if you’re going to see the power of God manifested in your spirit and in your life, you have to speak the Word. You have to give vent and expression to the Word. The Word of God in your mouth is God talking; it’s a prevailing force that can’t be stopped.

1 Timothy 4:15 says to meditate and give yourself wholly to the Word; hold the truth of God’s Word in your heart; don’t let it go. Refuse to be swayed by circumstances, and your success, victory, progress and prosperity will be inevitably evident, and unstoppable.

PRAYER

Dear Father, thank you for your Word is in my heart and in my mouth. As I meditate and give it voice, I experience progress, promotion, expansion, and spreading on every side. I’m on an upward and forward journey only. Your glory, grace, and power are manifested in my life and in all I do, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Further Study: || 1 Timothy 4:15 NKJV Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all. ||

|| Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. ||

*IPPC 2016*

Sunday, 20th November
*Pastor Chris*

It's been an inspiring and uplifting time...

*Forms of The Word:*

*1. The Spoken Word*
God spoke His Word directly to man; to Adam, Abraham, Moses. Angels also spoke God's Word to man.

The Bible gives us the information that God gave His Word first by spoken Words. He also gave His Word through His prophets.

Hebrews 1:1 _"God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,"_

And then God moved on by commanding His prophets to put the Word in written.

*2. The Written Word*
This was given to God's people for evidence and reference, so that His people will always have counsel.

*3. The Incarnate Word*
God gave His Word through men but this time not through prophecy but in flesh in the person of Jesus Christ.

John 1:43-45 _"The day following Jesus would go forth into Galilee, and findeth Philip, and saith unto him, Follow me. 1:44 Now Philip was of Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter. 1:45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph."_

John 1:14 _"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."_

The Word became flesh. From Jesus after His death, the Word was taken forward again...

Mark 16:15-20 _"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. 16:19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. 16:20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen."_

4. The spoken Word takes off again not through the prophets but through the apostles, through us.

Hebrews 2:2-3 _"For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;"_

After Jesus had communicated to His Apostles and they believed and went to to preach, something happened, the power of the Holy Ghost was made manifest.

You cannot preach Jesus Christ without facing one form of persecution or the other because the message itself is troubling for the unsaved.

Once something is written, it creates a better image in your mind than what someone else tells you. When it's written, it stays. God gave us the Word to study it and get our lives transformed.

If you would meditate on God's Word, you'll not have a hard time observing it.

Joshua 1:8 _"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success."_

Notice it didn't say, "shall not depart out of thy heart" but thy mouth. If you'd medicate, you'll do. Success is right there in the Word. *You cannot medicate on God's Word and live accordingly consistently and be failure.*

The Word is again Incarnate in you. Remember that the Word of God tells us that we are a production of the Word. Every Christians must remain connected to its source to live. You have to remain in the Word to live.

1 Peter 1:23 , _"Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever."_

2 Corinthians 3:1-3 _"Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or need we, as some others, epistles of commendation to you, or letters of commendation from you? 3:2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men: 3:3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart."_

You're the epistle of Christ. God's voice. Christ is alive in you manifesting His glory. The Word is Incarnated in you.

Acts 6:7 _"And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith."_

The Word increases and is living through you. If the Word increased it's because the increase. Jesus was the Word made flesh and is alive in the church.

Acts 12:24 _"But the word of God grew and multiplied."_

It's not enough to increase, you've got to grow and then multiple (2 Peter 1:2: 2 Peter 3:18). Until and unless you make the Word of God a central thing, the most important and focus of the church, there will be no growth. Build your life, the church and everything on the Word and it would be unshakable.

Acts 19:20 _"So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed."_

*You increase, grow, multiple and when you've so grown, you prevail. At this point you no longer pray against challenges and persecutions because they are bread.* There are people that want the prevailing Word when they have not grown. You've got to grow until you become the walking talking Word.

He’s Given You All Things…Including Himself .

Sunday, November 20th .
Pastor Chris

Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours (1 Corinthians 3:21).

Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” That’s a fundamental truth of the Gospel: the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ! However, as you get higher in the understanding of the Gospel, you’d discover that Jesus really doesn’t stand away and give you eternal life; He’s Himself eternal life. In giving you eternal life, He actually gave you Himself. Hallelujah.

No wonder, the Apostle Paul, by the Spirit, said, “...all things are yours” (1 Corinthians 3:21). That’s because all things are in Christ, and He’s in you. Therefore, all things are yours, things present and things to come. He couldn’t see anything that wasn’t already yours. The day you come to terms with the fact that all things are yours, it’ll change your thinking and prayer life. You’d stop asking God for things. If it’s true that all things are yours (and it’s true), what then could you possibly be asking for?

Stop praying and asking God for healing; take divine health, for it’s yours in Christ Jesus. If all things are yours because Christ is in you, it means that divine health is already yours; you don’t have to pray or ask for what’s already yours. What you do is to acknowledge what belongs to you (Philemon 1:6); claim ownership of it in your words and actions. That’s how to walk in the Word and in the Spirit; affirming the Word in faith, irrespective and independent of circumstances.

Now, you can understand why the Lord Jesus said, “...Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on” (Luke 12:22). He’s your source and your sufficiency. In Him, you have all things. Refuse to be conscious of lack, because in reality, there’s nothing you don’t have. Christ is in you, and Christ is everything. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for giving me all things in Christ Jesus. I cast all my cares upon you and lay all burdens down at your feet! I rejoice, knowing that all my needs are met, because Christ is my source and my sufficiency! He’s my all; in Him I have all I require for life and godliness; all I require to live triumphantly and please Him in the life of righteousness. Hallelujah.

Further Study: || 2 Peter 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that [pertain] unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: ||

|| Colossians 1:27 To whom God would make known what [is] the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: ||

|| 1 John 5:11-12 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 He that hath the Son hath life; [and] he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. ||

IPPC 2016
THURSDAY NIGHT

PASTOR CHRIS'
MESSAGE

The word has been coming to us, the Lord has been speaking to us; blessing us. Lets go to Acts 20:32 Here apostle Paul didn't say people, he said brethren. Paul said the word of His grace not judgment. The word can do it. No matter where you have been in life, the word is able to build you.

Do you know if you quote this word without faith it would not work. You can cry for anything it won't change the situations; it can't change anything. You accept by saying the word is building me up and the more you say that the more you are getting stronger by the day.

Have you ever seen those who always ask the wrong questions? I have seen them. You want what? The bible says every child is Born with foolishness but the rod of correction will drive it far away. But this is not the physical rod like coboco. This is the rod of your mouth. But many have grown up without the corrections from the lips of righteousness. Jesus asked the Jews why do ask such questions? Why do imagine evil in your hearts?

God's word is God's wisdom so if you listen to it, it'll make you Wise. Such much to say tonight? 1Corth 3;1
Have you been there when you could not speak spiritual to them because they are babes. Babes here don't refer to physical immmaturity, it is talking about spiritual children who have not been taught how to talk right. This is called NEPEOS . Childish in attitude, mannerisms and especially in COMMUNICATION.

If you have been 20 or 25 years born again and you don't understand spiritual language you are a child 1Corth. 3;1- What does this tell you? If you are born again you are not an ordinary person. In the first epistle of Peter he never used the word EPIGNOSIS: absolute knowledge. But in his second epistle he had discovered something different.

Let's see 1Corth 1:1-8
All the gift were in operation in the Corinthian church. It was full of revelation and utterance but they're always quarreling after service. Spiritual gift and spiritual maturity are not the same, the are not synonymous. The Corinthian church had spiritual gifts but lacked spiritual maturity.

I decided long ago that am gonna have everything God gives me , will not leave some. If He's given me all the gifts of the Spirit, am gonna put them to use. Ephesians 1:3 Am so blessed! How could you leave your house to be here. Even if you've said I don't like pastor Chris before but now you're , that's a massive blessing! We're heirs of God . Are you living like an heir? Are you living the life of a heir? Some are not living like that. The heir as long as he's a child is not different from a servant, he's a NEPEO!

I told you about the DISTINGUISHING FACTOR IN THE ELEMENT OF COMMUNICATION. I show you again .Hebs 5:12 Caleb said give us this mountain. The NEPEOS Pray Lord intervene for us and a word comes and He intervened and another time He doesn't. Because you were a child and now He says grow up!

We don't have too many books on how to fight , we have on how to receive a miracle. We take nonsense too easily ; we retreat too easily. You don't lock yourself in a room and begin to cry, No! You shut the door praying fervently in tongues. I prayed that negative prayer last in 1981, I saw my self descending. I was going to hell. I shouted, am born again. Greater is He that's in me. I came back to my body.

Father , I receive my healing in the name of Jesus. Healing is the children's bread, why are you eating the children's bread. It is time to say devil in the name of take your hands off my body? You haven't gotten mad enough with the devil . When you get mad enough with the devil, he'll live you alone.

As far as you are saying devil live me now, what have I done, he'll not live you. It is time to say devil no, am not carrying this pain, and not carrying this ulcer anymore. You've to learn how to fight; fight the good fight of faith. Start with your tongues.

Learn to ask the right questions. Gideon asked if the Lord be with us, where are the miracles? and the angel said that's why am here. Some people said when I have a challenge I declare 30 days fasting, that's not gonna work because not everything requires fasting.

You mean business. You shut the door, put off the phone, take off your shoes and jacket and devil knows and tells you people are looking for you and you say I don't want to see them. God Has given you all things, what are you asking? How long are you going to say I receive it. You said it yesterday don't say it again. Say thank you Lord for what I received yesterday

Christianity is not a religion, it's the PULSATING LIFE OF GOD. He that is joined to the Lord is one spirit. Am of the the spirit. Jesus was born in Bethlehem but said am from above. He became the second Adam, the head of the new creation not when He was born but when He resurrected from the dead. We're not from the first Adam . Jesus is the second Adam. And that means a life giver. No wonder anything He touched received life . As He's a man from heaven so also are we. I know who I am. I am from heaven. If you say I am from heaven, If you say this the thought of impossibility is NULLIFIED. YOU suddenly realize you CAN ACHIEVE THAT DREAM!

This is just the beginning. No wonder we're so prosperity. We're the man from heaven, we're the life giving spirit. You are a life giving spirit. life is flowing from you. First from your heart and then your body. If anyone believe they can pull out from you.

Out if your belly shall flow rivers of living water. Greater is He that's in you. Don't be afraid of their threats. Don't be afraid of their curses. You have overcome the circumstances. You have over come them. You are A LIFE GIVING SPIRIT. SPEAK IN TONGUES RIGHT NOW!

DAY 3 MORNING SESSION - PASTOR CHRIS

The book of Acts gives you insight into the ministry of the apostles ... the book is not concluded, it just stops... because the rest of us are writing the continuously acts of the book. Hallelujah

If you truly have the gospel in your heart it is impossible for you to have a blue day, have bitterness, to be frustrated, to think that you are in a quagmire.

I live above circumstanpces... glory to God. I live beyond circumstances. It is what the word makes out of you

Phil 4:11 Not that I speak in respect of want... for I have leant in whatever state I am to be content

Ways translation - not think that I peak thus as halving felt the pinch of want ... I have learnt to be independent of want. I am schooled to bear... in all circumstances I have mastered the secret of living

Do not dwell on your past mistakes. You see God is not expecting that we become him, he is God and made us gods...

Sometimes your choices are not perfect because you don't know everything... You can walk in perfection, Jesus walked in perfection not because he was God but because he chose to... he had a will of his own

1Sam 16:1-6

1. Samuel was more afraid of Saul than God *Man in his fallen state fears wickedness more than Love.

6 He looked at Eliab and said surely this must be the anointed of the Lord- HE WAS WRONG

Don't look at the outward appearance e.g. condition, parentage, nationality etc

Acts 16:1- 7 they tried to go into Bithynia but the Holy Ghost permitted them not to

Sometimes God resists you from taking a particular course of action until you calm down in prayer and hear God... then you'd know it was not the devil but God

On thoughts - John 20:25 - Thomas said except I see, I will not believe 26-6Then came Jesus and said reach into my side.. because thou had seen me... Blessed are they that have not seen but believed... not more blessed it is of faith

Luke 24:1- @ the sepulchre... 5 why seek the living amongst the dead. He is not here but is risen... and they

24: 10- 11. The 11 believed them not

John 20:1- Mary Magdalene and Jesus' disciples at the Sepulchre 8. He saw and believe.

After this we saw Jesus talking too

Mark 16:12-Jesus appears to his disciples and they told to others neither believed they not, afterwards he appeared to the 11 and upbraided them for their unbelieve

I have thought about it many times what was it about those disciples... if they had known that they were working with God, what would they have asked of him, what would they have done?

If you relate with God through your intellect you cannot know God

Believing in the resurrection of Christ was very important to salvation, it was the key to understanding the Christian life, without the resurrection Christianity is nullified.
Remember that the death of Jesus was for the sons of the world, not the Church.

You cannot believe in salvation until you have believed in the resurrection of Christ. You can only receive eternal life when you believe in the resurrection

Romans 10:8- the word is neigh thee, even the word of faith 9. and that God had raised him from the dead

The power is in the gospel Romans 1:16-17 there in is the righteousness of God revealed

Acts 14:7-10 there the preached the gospel and healed the crippled

Mark 16:16-20 these signs shall follow the believing one ... in my name shall they ...

Any time you feel stomach ache don't think what did I eat or drink... it shall not have any power over me

And they went every where preaching the gospel... gloryyyyyyy

20. The Amen there means it is not a story... so be it... it shall be so

How many of you have raised or been involved in raising a child? Did you teach the child to talk right? Yes. That is the problem in the Church, many are not being taught how to speak and so the ruin their lives

Gal 4:1-2 the heir as long as he is a child/nepios who has not been taught to talk right is a servant but is kept under a tutor

1Cor 3:1- 3 fed you will then milk and not meat because you are not able to beat it... only children are fed with milk..

Train yourself to never walk in anger, jealousy, strife... you are higher than that...

Stay in the word, stay with the word...

Humility is the way to increase - Remember one of the signs of humility is not to care when someone does something against you...

Develop yourself, don't stay where you have been, a little tweak can lead to great improvements

1Cor 3:3 Amp live above the human standard, not like mere unregenerated men... you rare a partaker of the divine nature...

In the spirit we are not seen as human beings, not after the Adam of genesis but the glorified Christ

The more you confess that you are human being, the more human you will be, the more you confess that you are divine the more divine you will be...
Walk in the spirit, you are a child of the Spirit
