Crossways Church
Crossways Church is situated on the East Coast of East London and is a family-oriented church. We started off as two churches, who in 2008 decided to amalgamate and form one congregation. Our church is led by Jonathan and Tracy King alongside a team of Elders.
We are a local expression of the church found in the Book of Acts, found in scripture, living out our faith as authentically as we can for God, in our community. We believe in the Old and New Testaments, in their original writing, as inspired by God and accept them as the supreme authority for life and faith. We embrace the gifts of the five-fold ministry (Eph 4:11) of the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher for the equipping of the saints for works of service. We believe in and encourage the use of spiritual gifts as spelled out in (Romans 12, 1 Corinthians 12). We do not pretend to be perfect, but rather in close relationship and accountability, acknowledge our failings and together encourage each other in the faith.
