Let us not gain worldly success and lose our position in Christ.

The Man of God encouraged us to give ourselves fully to Jesus Christ, meditate upon His Word, and return to the presence of God.

Jesus must remain first.

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
— Matthew 6:33

May we prosper without losing Christ. May we succeed without losing our position in Him. May we receive blessings without making the blessings greater than the One who blesses.

As Christians, we must carry the fragrance of Jesus wherever we go. People must be able to see Christ through our character, our speech, our conduct, our decisions, and the way we treat others.

The Bible says:

“For we are to God the fragrance of Christ…”
— 2 Corinthians 2:15

The Man of God also took us to Acts 6:4, where the apostles said:

“But we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.”

He reminded us that we must return to the things that build our relationship with Jesus Christ, prayer and the Word of God.

Let us not become so busy chasing money that we lose our prayer life.

Let us not become so focused on possessions that we lose our hunger for the Word.

Pictorial Display of our Sunday service Titled: Do not miss the Grace of God or lose your Position trying to Money.

The Man of God, Apostle Khathutshelo Ramovha, reminded us that we must be careful not to miss the grace of God Almighty while chasing money and material possessions.

He said that we must not miss grace by following Mammon. There is nothing wrong with working hard, building a career, running a business, or desiring to prosper. However, the danger comes when money becomes more important than our relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Man of God highlighted that the Church of today can sometimes make blessings more fashionable than the glory of God Almighty. People can become more excited about what they can receive from Jesus than about knowing Jesus Himself.

“No one can serve two masters… You cannot serve God and mammon.”
— Matthew 6:24

The Man of God further reminded us of the teaching of Jesus in Matthew 6:28, where Jesus tells us to consider the lilies of the field. Jesus was teaching His followers not to allow worry about material things to control their lives. If the Living God takes care of the flowers of the field, how much more will He take care of His children?

This does not mean that we should stop working or pursuing success. We must work, study, build, and pursue our dreams, but Christ must remain first.
