MESSAGE TITLED: SALVATION OF YOUR SOUL
SCRIPTURE REFERENCE: LUKE 2: 25-38; LUKE 19: 1-10

We are in the last days. Satan understands his time is limited. He wants to make sure that we loose our salvation.

Salvation doesn’t come to you because it is fashion. Jesus was crucified on the cross. God is concerned with the many souls that can be saved through you. Let us talk about this salvation wherever we are. People need to know that salvation is not for a chosen few but for all men. As a Church we must stand for salvation.

You have been saved Satan cannot conquer you. You have Christ in you. As Christians we are standing for our Lord Jesus Christ. We are living in the times where we are afflicted we are shaken, salvation is associated with material things this is wrong. Salvation is about your soul. Salvation was prepared and manufactured by God to bring man back to himself. Our duty is to maintain our salvation.

Salvation is alight that brings revelation to the gentiles. Salvation shines to show you that you are wrong. Salvation makes you to be free in emptiness. It must come first in your life, the cat, house, money and all that you are searching for will not complete you.
“Seek first the kingdom of God and its righteousness and all shall follow.”

Jesus is here to restore what was lost.

SUNDAY SERVICE (14 MAY 2023) – SERMON
MESSAGE TITLED: MAINTAIN YOUR SALVATION
SCRIPTURE REFERENCE: REVELATION 3: 1-5; MATTHEW 16: 24-26; 1PETER 1: 10-15; MATTHEW 3: 2-3

• We are here because of Jesus, we talk about salvation or being born again salvation is more than repenting or answering an alter call. We serve a God who doesn’t just check our hearts but also our works. People may clap for you but ask yourself this is God clapping for you? Salvation is the total commitment to Jesus or our Lord

• Our road doesn’t end after we receive Jesus it doesn’t mean you are guaranteed to enter heaven. A commitment to Jesus is required. You may face challenges in your commitment because after accepting the Lord Jesus you have created enemity between you and Satan. Meaning Satan will hate you the way he hated Jesus but we have been put in a position where we can overcome.

• Once you have accepted Jesus you have declared war with the kingdom of darkness that is why we must fight. We must fight for our position. You fighting proves how much you value your salvation. Everyone must stand up and be firm in what they are believing in because all these trials are here to test you, trying to render your salvation zero. We need to take our salvation serious.

• The power and authority in Jesus is what will sustain us but it doesn’t come automatically which is why it is important to maintain your salvation. Part of the requirements in maintaining our salvation is in our works. For you to be able to maintain your salvation you need to fulfil all the requirements. If Jesus can come now are you sure you have met the necessary requirements? Check your progress in salvation. If you are still doing the things you did before your salvation than your salvation is not genuine.

• Let us ask God what we need to change, what we need to uproot and what we need to get rid of to maintain our salvation. Guide yourself. Satan is not here for your things, your car, job marriage. He is here to take away your salvation.

SUNDAY SERVICE ( 30 APRIL 2023) - TESTIMONY

" I would like to thank God as I was looking for a job but I was advised by Pastor to start something but I continued looking for a job and got discouraged. Last week Friday I was opportuned to go to Johannesburg to receive training for Poultry Farming for egg laying chickens and received a certificate of attendance."

Glory to Jesus!!! We have the Grace nothing can stop us.

SUNDAY SERVICE ( 30 APRIL 2023) - TESTIMONY

"I would like to thank God for blessing me and my family with a car. A Renault Kadjar year model 2022. The old car we were using was overheating and I even had to lease a car which was a strain to our finances. I asked Pastor to pray for us to get a new car within our budget. He said no go for the car you desire not the one you can afford. I decided to take that word and also seed for the car. As we were going to the garage I called Mama Khambule to pray for us, when we purchased the car it was like as if the car had been waiting for us because we visited the garage very late and came back with the car. We also visited our Mother branch to thank God for the car but on the way we got into an accident by Villers tollgate due to a huge stone that appeared out of nowhere. The road side assistance people advised that this would not look good as we just started paying for insurance however the insurance paid for the damages and the excess was very little it was just R2000.00. I realised that my attention was on the blessing and not on God which I repented for because I was too excited about the car. I would like brethren to know that whatever God gives you whether it be a house, car or a job our hearts must remain for him only."

• We reject God when our spirit tells us what we are engaging in is wrong but yet we carry on. The holy spirit moves away when you do what is wrong. God sent Jesus as our only hope. He is coming back to separate the wicked from the righteous. God will save the righteous and the wicked he will destroy.

MESSAGE TITLED: JESUS IS COMING BACK BE SERIOUS
SCRIPTURE REFERENCE: LUKE 17:20-37; GENESIS 6:5-8; JOHN 9:35-41; LUKE 18:18-30 ; LUKE 14:26-31

• The Pharisees asked Jesus to explain what the coming of the Kingdom of God would be like? Jesus explained that it would not be obvious to predict like when rain is coming, you cannot say okay let me repent now! He said it would be like lightening. It would be spiritual, Christians would feel it. As Christians we are always supposed to be aware and updated in the spirit.

• This day is so near. There will be signs of the coming of Jesus. The Bible says we have to make use of time. When the son of man comes he will not be as he is now where we can cry for his comfort and ask for forgiveness. When he returns it is not as if you will say Jesus come to my house. He will be here to bring judgment.

• This is not a time of hearing from people there’s so much deception. The Bible says in the last days God will pour out his spirit on all flesh so that every flesh must be able to discern for its own soul. You don’t need a Pastor to discern for you. Take teachings and implement them in your life God will honor you for it. You have to stand before God to present your soul. It is either you will carry your soul to hell or heaven. There will be no time for excuses. You can’t blame your Pastor or anyone else. This is a time for everyone to stand their ground. The holy spirit is there for each and every flesh so we can make our own decisions on what is right and what is wrong for us as an individual.

• We are not the first generation to live on earth there were others before who will stand on the judgment sit. We are being given an opportunity now to stand and make things right with God. There are many examples of the past generations failures not because God wants to embarrass them it is so we can learn and choose to do what is right.

• After eating the flesh of the bread of life we must be more serious. God is a holy God. It is either we imitate him or reject him but we cannot change him. It is your time now it is your season to stand on what is right. A human being is flesh because of its sinful nature. The imagination and all that is inside it is corrupt. God has given us his spirit so we can be one with him wish what he wishes, likes what he likes and try to be like him. The spirit of God use to strive to come to a person but now the spirit comes when we repent.

• The firs thing is to be in right standing with God. After God forgives you don’t repeat the same mistake because it shows you don’t fear him. This is a great God that we must fear. This is a time to live a holy life. It is a shame when you say you love God but fail to follow his commandments. We have been called to holiness. We must separate ourselves from the lifestyle of this world. We are in a training of God. God is dealing with us because he wants to use us.

MESSAGE TITLED: HOLINESS
SCRIPTURE REFERENCE: PSALMS 145: 17-20; 1PETER 1: 15-16; HEBREWS 12: 7-17; PROVERBS 3: 1; GALATIANS 6:1; ROMANS 6:22; 2 CORINTHIANS 7:1

• The ways of the Lord are righteous he is a holy and a faithful God in all that he is doing. Whatever you Worship you call that thing, we also call this God but the license to calling him is holiness. Set yourself aside to have behaviour of pleasing him. Calling him in truth without guilt. Without anything in our hearts. We must set ourselves asked to a character that represent him. Association can be bad withdraw from everyone. Say Lord help me I want to be holy and clean as you are.

• When you set yourself aside God can speak to you. He can tell you where he blames you. Separate yourself from anything that defiles you. Represent him and his will. We live a holy life so that we can represent him on his will. When you have a character that doesn’t, please him it will affect the plan of God. God can give us gifts but your character matters more before God. Whatever we do with a wrong character will be in vain. It is not what you doing that matters but it is your behaviour.

• You represent God. There are people who will follow God because of you. The life of a Christian is a transparent life you cannot hide. Avoid scandals let people not find anything against you. The church is mixed up it is no longer Christians that are only on church heathens and Satanists are in church now. Guard your heart. Separate yourself from anything and everyone. Live a holy life. Show that you love him and you fear him. Sin can be presented to you as an option or an opportunity. When you fall and sin it shows you don’t love him. Let us check if our character represents God?

• Let us make sure we enter the heart of God by pleasing God. You can attract the eyes of God when you are going through everything but you endure. Help God by focusing on yourself. It is a problem when God wants to build you but you are focusing on other people.
You will begin to sin by judging them. Everyone knows the truth but why do we know the truth and decide to sin it is because we don’t fear God. We have made salvation very cheap. God has become a joke. The strength of a Christian is holiness. If your character is not right with God, God cannot hear you.

Charis is one of the churches that are in the heart of God it is the plan of God. This is where God is doing his miracles. This is where God is cooking his people that he wants to use in the future. If you die here serving God you will enter heaven. Charis needs people who know what they want. Hear you will be exposed if you seek God with a genuine heart or you are seeking other things. If you faithful in serving God here your destiny is for sure."

Pray for strength to be delivered from temptation.
