Pray for those who persecute you. In that way, you will be acting as true children of your father in heaven. For He gives sunlight to both the evil and good. If you love only those who love you, what good is that? Even pagans do that. But you are perfect, even as you father in heaven is perfect.

In body and flesh WE are just DUST, here today, gone tomorrow. In His Holy SPIRIT we are like His MERCY, everlasting, by His grace forever. That makes it so important that WE STAY RIGHTEOUS and KEEP His covenant, so that we can HAVE eternal LIFE, freedom in His majestic kingdom, to share the HONOR of meeting Jesus our Savior and Lord. Jesus DIED for OUR transgressions, He MADE us RIGHTEOUS. Amen.

Notice that He doesn't say that we are never to feel fear, but He does say we shouldn't allow fear to control us and steal our destiny.
