Good morning. Here is Today's Golden Nugget
1 Corinthians 15:57 NIV
But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Apostle Paul declares his thanks to God, who gives us, human beings victory over death through Jesus. God forgives the sin of all who trust in Christ's death, offered in their place on the cross, those who believe in His resurrection from the dead as the first defeat of death (John 3:16–18; Romans 10:9–10).

Our inescapable sin-debt meant unavoidable death and eternal separation from God. Christ's sinless life and substitutionary death made our sin escapable through faith in Him and by God's grace (2 Corinthians 5:21). That changes the meaning of physical death in this life for the born-again Christian. Instead of death being the beginning of an eternity apart from the Father (John 3:36; Revelation 20:15), it is just another step before our resurrection as glorified beings who will spend eternity with the Father (1 John 3:2; 1 Corinthians 15:51–55). Thanks be to God, indeed!
A grateful heart and mind keeps looking higher and higher, above life’s difficulties or frustrations, to the One who is above it all. Even on our worst days, we can thank God because we trust that He sees the bigger picture, and He has good plans for us. There’s really nothing like a healthy dose of gratitude.
MEDITATE ON THIS:
I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
Psalms 27:13 NIV

Acts 13:36 NLT
This is not a reference to David, for after David had done the will of God in his own generation, he died and was buried with his ancestors, and his body decayed.

We have been called to make a difference by influencing and impacting the world around us. It is said of David that he was a man after God’s own heart. I trust that it will be said of you, at the end of your lives, that you were men and women after God’s own heart and that you fulfilled the purposes of God in your generation.

The challenge before you is to face the opportunities and obstacles that God has for you in your time. We don’t know if these are the best of times or the worst of times. All we know is that they are your times. And God is raising up a generation of people for himself.
I trust that you will be people who rise to the challenge that God has before you
MEDITATE ON THIS:
Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil.
Proverbs 3:7 NLT
Have a Superb Saturday

Good morning. Here is Today's Golden Nugget
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sin, God “is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”

Many of us understand intellectually what it means to be forgiven. We know that Christ’s death atones for our sins. By placing our faith in Him, we are saved into an eternal relationship with our Lord that never changes. Even though we may still sin, we know that when we turn to the Lord with a repentant heart, confessing our sin to Him, He washes our sin away.
Yet sometimes, people discover that they are unable to find that feeling of reconciliation with God. No matter how often they confess and after doing all that they can to make reparation for their sin, they still feel as if they cannot be forgiven. It may seem like their sins—things like divorce, abortion, or adultery—are beyond God’s forgiveness. They continue to carry the burden of their guilt along with them each day, weighed down by a feeling of permanent distance in their relationship with the Lord. Perhaps the waters of guilt have washed over you, and you feel like you are sinking in sorrow and regret. Sins for which we have been forgiven long ago may still have consequences in our lives. An ex-spouse may be difficult to get along with. We may grieve on the due date of the baby that was aborted. We may suffer injuries from the accident that occurred while we were drinking. Yet none of these troubles represents God’s punishment. According to Romans 5:9-10, God saves us from His wrath:

Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! For if, when we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! (NIV)

Our punishment has been paid in Christ. We are forgiven for our actions and precious to the Lord, even when consequences from those actions remain in our lives. God loves us and nothing will change His love for us.
MEDITATE ON THIS:
For the sorrow that is according to the will of God produces a repentance without regret, leading to salvation, but the sorrow of the world produces death.
2 Corinthians 7:10
Have a Triumphant Thursday

Good morning. Here is Today's Golden Nugget
1 John 5:4
For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith.

Child of The Living GOD no matter what you are going through, You need not be anxious because you are victorious through CHRIST JESUS.
It is our faith in CHRIST JESUS that overcomes the world. It is our faith in the Person and Work of the Lord Jesus that gains victory over the world. It is trusting in the death, burial, and Resurrection of CHRIST JESUS our Saviour for the forgiveness of sins and life everlasting, that overcomes the world.
It is our identification with Christ and His finished work by FAITH, that causes us to be overcomers.
JESUS CHRIST cannot be overpowered by darkness (John 1:5), AND HE has defeated the powers of this world (John 16:33).

THEREFORE. we are not to be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21).
We have overcome both the evil one (1 John 2:13–14) and evil spirits (1 John 4:4).
We are not left weak and defenseless in spiritual battles. On the contrary, those battles are already won, by CHRIST JESUS .
Go forward in faith.
Believe what God says about you, that if you’re born again, you are holy, blameless, righteous, healed provided for and living in abundance.
MEDITATE ON THIS:
Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.
Romans 8:37
Have a Wonderful Wednesday

Good morning. Here is Today's Golden Nugget
Hebrews 11:5
By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

Enoch was pleasing to God. Sometimes we have the notion that God is very hard to please. Yet God knows our weaknesses and frailties better than anyone, and He is not as hard to please as we might think.
For:
God is pleased when, in spite of the fact that we are in the right, we patiently endure when misunderstood
1 Peter 2:19‭-‬20 says
For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully. For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.
When you do what is right and patiently endure suffering for it, that is called meekness, and it pleases God.

And God is also pleased when children obey their parents
Colossians 3:20 says
Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.

Also when we worship Him and help others Hebrews 13:15-16 says By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

And when we give financially to the work of the kingdom Philippians 4:17-18 says
Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account. But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.

Absolutely nothing should be more important than living a life that pleases God.
MEDITATE ON THIS:
When a man’s ways please the LORD, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him” Proverbs 16:7.
Have a Triumphant Tuesday

1 Thessalonians 5:21‭-‬22
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil.

Discernment is the process of making careful distinctions in our thinking about truth and error.

The key to living an uncompromising life lies in one's ability to exercise discernment in every area of his or her life. For example, failure to distinguish between truth and error leaves us subject to all manner of false teaching. False teaching then leads to an unbiblical mindset, which results in unfruitful and disobedient living, a certain recipe for compromise.
Therefore It is the responsibility of every Child of God to be discerning: "But examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good; abstain from every form of evil."

The apostle John issues a similar warning when he says, "Do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world" (1 John 4:1).

According to the New Testament, discernment is not optional for the believer, it is required.
And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ ~ Philippians 1:9-10
MEDITATE ON THIS:
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
Have a Marvelous Monday

Good morning. Here is Today's Golden Nugget
2 Timothy 2:3‭-‬4
Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

The Apostle Paul spoke to spiritual son, Timothy, about the “hardship” of a “good soldier of Christ. He refered to Timothy, as a believer in Christ as a soldier of Christ. Have you ever realized that you, as a believer, you are in an army? You’re in the army of Jesus Christ! Therefore we as believers ought to want to be the best soldier we can be in the army of Christ.

However, Paul tells us that because we are soldiers in the army of Christ that we ought to be prepared to endure hardships. In other words, we must be ready to endure hard times; we must be ready to suffer. As Christ suffered in this world, we must also be ready to join Him in suffering. The servant cannot be greater than the Master (John 15:20).

Jesus Christ suffered in the flesh – He was born into this world. Jesus, came from eternity, came down to this world and dwelt with mankind. Jesus suffered in the flesh because He had to dwell in a world of sin.

We now live in a world of sin, Because of sin, we already can expect that this life is going to be difficult. You can be as peaceful, as gentle, and kind as you want to be but sin will find a way to pop up and make life difficult for you; yet, we must endure.
The Lord your God has already given to you the victory! So we must endure the hardships of this life.
MEDITATE ON THIS:
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:57

Good morning. Here is Today's Golden Nugget
John 17:11
And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

You may feel isolated and forgotten by God, but there is hope in the promise of forgiveness and God’s divine restoration and renewal.
Jesus spoke about the concept of safety and protection to His disciples. In John 17:11 NLT, He prayed, “…now protect them by the power of your name so that they will be united just as we are.” Jesus was asking for God to protect His disciples so that they would remain...what? United. While this prayer was originally said for His closest disciples, Jesus meant these words for all of His disciples and followers to come, and that includes you. Jesus has prayed on your behalf for your protection.

However, this doesn’t mean that you will always be safe. There will be times in your life where you are in danger, where you will face adversity, where people will make fun of you for what you believe and who you believe in. But Jesus promised, no matter what, you would be protected
Christ taught that those who were the greatest in his kingdom were those with the least power. He taught that greatness was not an aspect of our own resources but of his. Christ taught that the kingdom of heaven belongs to those who understand they are helpless like children - poor in spirit. (Mt. 18:3-4) (S. 1Jn. 3:1)
Christ taught that those with the least power would have his protection. Christ identified himself with his children. They have a special place in his heart because they know they are powerless and need his protection.
Christ taught that he would use his power to warn and punish those who would sin against us. Since children have no power of their own, Christ provides the protection of the kingdom of heaven for them. This protection exhorts us all to hold the children of God in high esteem, whoever they may be. God takes sins seriously because he takes his children seriously. Christ taught that we must take his children as seriously as he does because of the spiritual powers that he has placed for their protection. This protection promises the heavenly protection of angels, God’s mighty men, at the disposal of his children. (Ps. 34:7; Heb. 1:14
There is not one of God’s children who are out of his sight or concern. There is no length to which God would not go for you.
MEDITATE ON THIS:
And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.
John 17:13
