7 years ago this page was created as a place to share my work of spiritual accompaniment and formation. As I have attempted to discern how best to co-labour with Christ this page has been very quiet. The past four years have included CoVid, the death of my husband and companion and a profound change in the opportunities for spiritual accompaniment.

These shifts have meant that what this page is about will be different moving forward.
Here I will share ....
- the work I do as a director, accompanier, giver of retreats and trainer.
- I aim to share reflections on the spiritual life
- I will link you with other workers in the field and opportunities to pay attention to God and your own life.

Hello friends - this page has been very quiet as we journeyed through CoVid and personal loss in my own life. I am beginning to feel like spring and am happy to share some of my ongoing offerings in the field of spiritual accompaniment. Watch this space for trainings, retreats and links to other people active in this same space.
