On this Pentecost Sunday, we were reminded that the Holy Spirit is not only symbolised by wind and fire, but also by the “Living Water” that gives life, renewal, healing, and hope.

Reflecting on John 7:38 — “Out of the believer’s heart shall flow rivers of living water” — we were challenged to ask ourselves: What is stopping the living waters of God from flowing freely through us?

Just as water brings life wherever it flows, so the Holy Spirit calls the Church to become channels of God’s grace in a thirsty and broken world. Pentecost reminds us that the Spirit is not meant to be contained, but shared — bringing refreshment, unity, and new life to others.

May we continue to open our hearts to the Spirit of God, so that “everything may live where the river goes.”

Yesterday was a beautiful reminder of who we are as a parish family. We gathered in prayer, shared in the breaking of bread, and rejoiced as new members were welcomed through baptism. Laughter, fellowship, and joy filled the day—truly a glimpse of God’s grace among us. 🙏✨
