SUNDAY SCHOOL OVERSEER OR SUPERINTANDANT
Work with Sunday School teachers to enhance their programmers and make it more exciting and relevant. Ascertain their needs and look into the conditions under which they are learning and recommend interventions. Come up with ideas of how the Parish can celebrate Education Sunday in the future.
YOUTH
Youth Portfolio in Parish Council
It exists to represent the views of young people at a local level, giving them the opportunity to have a voice, discuss relevant issues, engage with decision-makers, and contribute to improving the lives of other young people within their Parish. Youth
FUNDRAISING
Come up with fundraising ideas. Draw fundraising roster that accommodates all Guilds / groups and or ministries.
Monitor the progress and report back to the Parish Council.
LITURGICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ensure that all standards requirements are in place before the service starts. The readers roster must be updated at all times. Ensure sides person's participates fully before during and after the service. The roster must be drawn if need be. Ensure there is enough stock of wine, wafers, charcoal, incense etc.
EVENTS CO - ORDINATOR
Parish events to be centrally coordinated. Build a fully inclusive events team in order to ensure smooth and successful hosting of the Parish events. This requires the team to work with different groups / Guilds / Ministries to ascertain their events 'needs and plan accordingly.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Look into the employees' wellness, performance, working conditions and any other requirements relating to their employment.

Maintenance is one of the important portfolios responsible for the upkeep of the Church properties to ensure a safe environment for the parishioners to worship
