> Once Mephibosheth was seated at that table, the covering of the table hid what everyone had always seen first.

> No one dining with the king that day was staring at crippled feet they saw a son at the king's table.

>That is what a second chance from God does it does not always erase the evidence of the fall, but it seats you somewhere the fall no longer defines what others see.

> Some things God restores by removing others
> He restores by covering with a permanent place at His table.

Exodus 13:8-13

Here he was expressing that the it is important for the man of God to rest because he works better if he rested

> Aaron and Hur did not wait for Moses to collapse before they acted. They did not wait for him to ask for help a man in that position of leadership rarely will.
> They saw the weariness, and they moved: first a chair, then support on both sides.

>That is the order of the text. Notice it is a chair first, and then the holding up of the hands. Rest came before renewed strength.
> This is the pattern the church must learn: you cannot hold up a leader's hands correctly if you have never first given him somewhere to sit.

four points:
1. You Were Built With Purpose, Not With a Breaking Point (Psalm 139:13-14) — God formed you intentionally; what He builds, He builds to last.

2. You Were Covered Before You Were Ever Struck (Psalm 34:19-20) — the affliction was foreseen, and so was the deliverance; not one bone broken.

3. Paul and Silas Didn't Wait for the Doors to Open to Worship (Acts 16:22-25) — beaten, bound, feet in stocks and at midnight they sang. Worship was the proof they weren't broken, not the reward for being released.

4. What You Refuse to Stop Doing in the Cell Determines What Shakes Loose
