ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR DAVEYTON PARISHES 31st MAY 2026

1. Infant Baptism Registration is now open. Register before the classes start next week on 7th June 2026.
2. We thank all who attended the Memorial Service and prayer services during the week for our faithful departed Mme Celestina Jana. She will be buried in Lesotho. Date to be confirmed.
3. We thank all men who attended the Archdiocese Men event at John Bosco Youth Centre Walkerville yesterday.
4. We appreciate the young people who attended Daveyton Youth Hike at Klipriviersberg Nature resort yesterday, special thanks to St. Martin members for preparations.
5. We thank the Parents and Candidates for the Sacrament of Confirmation who were able to join the meeting that took place on Sunday.
6. Annual Archdiocese Meeting of Families (AMOF) will be at John Bosco Walkerville on 20th June 2026. Registration is going on.
7. The Deanery Safeguarding Workshop takes place on the 11th July 09:00 at St Joseph Actonville.
8. Catechists, liturgy commission and parishioners are invited to the Liturgy and Sacraments workshop at the Cathedral on the 13th June 09:00 - 12:00, registration is R40.00. Contact catechists in your parish for more info.
9. 2026 CONSOLATA Feast will be celebrated jointly on 21st June, Mass 09:00 at St. Lambert. It is bring and share. Follow up planning meeting for events will be on 7th June at 13:00 at St. Nicholas. PPC, PFC & Events Committee are requested to attend.
10. Daveyton Youth Day Program hosted by Daughters Of St. Ann, 16th June 2026. See Poster in Parishes and Social Media.
11. Next Sunday we celebrate the Solemnity of Corpus Christi at both St Lambert and St Nicholas.Eucharistic Adoration and Mass at 09:00. First Holy Communion will be on the Feast of Christ the King.
12. Finance report back meeting for PFC at the Cathedral next week Saturday 6th June 2026.
13. Liturgical commission meting is now on Tuesdays 5pm after Adoration. Please, all graups, sodalities to be represented.

ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR DAVEYTON PARISHES FOR 24TH MAY 2026

1. Infant Baptism Registration is on. Contact your Catechist for registration classes start on the�7th June 2026.
2. We thank all the leaders who attended Saturday’s PPC/PFC meeting.
3. We thank ministers who attended the Extra Ordinary Ministers of the Eucharist Workshop at the Cathedral on Saturday.
4. You are all invited to a YOUTH HIKE in Klipriviersberg Nature Reserve on the 30th May. Cost is R150.00 per person and it is organized by St. Martin youth. Please RSVP on 061 929 0737. Theme is "Moving Forward with Faith".
5. All Catholic men are invited to Catholic Men Forum (CMF) gathering at John Bosco Youth Centre Walkerville on the 30th May. Registration is R200 and it covers Tea/Lunch. Contact Ntate Kekane, Ntate Hlongwane or Ntate Rakolota.
6. On the 31st May, Parents and Confirmation Candidates are requested to attend a Meeting at�St Nicholas at 12:00

10. It is with sadness that we announce the passing on of Mme Celestina Jane from St Monica, a member of Kemolo. May her soul rest in eternal peace. Condolences to the family
11. On Sunday we will celebrate the Solemnity of the Holy Trinity. Mass will be at usual time in all parishes.
12. The Consolata missionaries express their sincere gratitude to all Christians who supported them during the car show fundraiser, may the good Lord bless you.
13. On Thursday, there will be a liturgy meeting after adoration. We ask that all groups are presented in the meeting.
