May the Lord bless you on this day, and always.God bless you in your calling, and may He strengthen and protect you daily. Your loving service to the flock is of infinite worth, and many hearts are filled with gratitude to God for you and because of you. May your birthday be a refreshing fountain of joy to your soul. May the Lord pour out the riches of His grace in your heart and fill your cup to be overflowing.

As tomorrow will be re-opening of schools and our children will be going back to schools and creches, while the Nation seems to be under the threat of shootings that are happening all over the country, so i would like to make a prayer.

Dear Lord, Your Word is filled with accounts of miraculous protection. We claim that power for vulnerable children. Make Your little ones invisible to people who seek to exploit them. Whisper in the ears of the children to run and hide until the danger passes.

I ask for you to protect them from evil and cover them with your grace. I pray now that You would protect our children as they go throughout their days. Hem them in behind and before and lay Your hand upon them (Psalm 139:5). Do not let any harm come to them. Keep them safe beneath Your wings and guard them against any plots that are meant to harm or bring ruin to them. Be close to our children, Lord, surround them with Your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:11-12). AMEN!
