1. “It is done!” According to God, is is done! All that you need and will ever need, “It is done!”
2. ⁠He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. As we draw close to the end of 2024, we can testify that, Yes, He is the Alpha and Omega, He was with us from the beginning and He is with till the end and He will be with us going forward. Amen!

Lessons from the scripture:

1. This is the time of the Millennium, a period of 1000 years where the saints who have been raptured and those who were part of the massive resurrection of the saints, will reign with Christ.
2. ⁠Complicated as it may sound to some of you, one thing you should know is that one day you will be a king, at least for 1000 years. That is why Christ is called the King of kings, we are the kings.

Take courage and joy, knowing that one day is one day, you will be a king.

Lessons from the scripture:

1. “For God so loved the world that He gave…” Christmas is about giving. God loved us so much that He gave His only begotten Son.
2. ⁠Today is known as Boxing Day. “The name comes from a time during Queen Victoria's reign when the rich used to box up gifts to give to the poor.
Boxing Day was traditionally a day off for servants - a day when they received a special Christmas box from their masters.
The servants would also go home on Boxing Day to give Christmas boxes to their families” Source. BBC News.

Use this day to do something good to someone who is less fortunate than you.
If you love, like God you should give to those in need.

Lessons from the scripture:

1. Surely our Lord Jesus Christ was not born on the 25th of December, we all know that, but He was born, He lived, He died and rose again and He is now in Heaven sitting at the Right Hand of the Father, making intercession for us.
2. ⁠I for one, do not know my exact birth date but I am very much sure that I was born and am alive.
3. ⁠Our celebration of Christmas is simply to say, “For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given.” The Son of God is given to us, and through Him we are now called the children of God. Amen!

1. He is coming as a thief, a thief doesn’t come at a time that you suspect, but when you least expect him to strike, the thief will be all over you and your possessions.
2. ⁠We are living in times where people are busy with their lives and having a good time. God is the last thing in their lives. They have all they need and care less about God.

Jesus is coming back sooner than you think, whether you are ready or not, He is coming back!

1. This scripture is referring to the Antichrist. He will come in the last days and from the look of things, it won’t be long.
2. ⁠”No one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Already people are taking the mark of the beast these days. There are some tattoos that if you look closely, they represent the devil. Some aren’t even shy to say that they serve the devil.

We are living in the last days and the devil has taken control of many institutions including governments.

Lessons from the scripture:

1. This church was neither cold nor hot, but lukewarm. God doesn’t want lukewarm Christians, you are either in or out, not at the door.
2. ⁠On Sunday we learned about Christians who have lost their first love. When you get used to the things of God you either have lost your first love or have become lukewarm or both.

Be serious about God and His work.
Don’t be lukewarm!

1. Jesus is coming quickly, sooner than you think. “Hold fast to what you have, that no one may take your crown.”
2. ⁠Another lesson we can learn from the above scripture is that, most people do not appreciate what they have. It is important to appreciate and hold on to what you have, while yearning for more.
3. ⁠In times like these, (festive seasons), hold on to what you have, like the money that you have, if you are careless, your money will end up in someone else’s hands.

1. “Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love.” How was your love for the Lord when you first believed, do you remember? When you used to pray at any given moment, read the Bible like it is the only book in the world, tell people about Jesus as if He is coming tomorrow, give your money, your time and resources to the benefit of the ministry, remember?
2. ⁠God wants you to go back to your first love and do the things you used to do for Him. Do not be a lukewarm Christian, or else He will remove your lamp-stand from its place, REPENT!
