Let’s talk real for a minute, when you spot red flags in a relationship, don’t ignore them. Some connections aren’t just unhealthy… they’re straight-up toxic. And leaving that kind of relationship? Whew😩 it's not always easy. But it is possible, and it’s worth it. If you’ve ever felt stuck, confused, or drained, this is for you.
Here are some real steps to help you break free and heal:
▪️ Stop pretending it’s fine – If you feel anxious, disappointed, or small, that’s not love.(Mark 5:34)
▪️ It’s not all your fault – Don’t carry blame that isn’t yours. (Romans 12:19)
▪️Face the real issues – Ignoring problems only keeps you stuck.
▪️Call out toxic habits – Love doesn’t excuse abuse. (Isaiah 43:18–19)
▪️You deserve better – Don’t let fear keep you in what God wants you free from.
You’re not stuck. You’re growing.
God wants you whole. Don’t settle for surviving when you’re called to thrive.
