Part 1

Love generates faith.

Hebrews 11:1
“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”

The word of the Lord says that faith is having confidence in what we hope for, so children of God even in these pressing times let us have faith as the word says in the book of Genesis 1:1 ‘the world was without form’ but we have accepted the Lord Jesus as our saviour and we have faith that our sins were washed away and that our minds have been renewed as we are now born again (John 3:3-8). Therefore, there is a new thing within us even though we may not see it by our physical eyes but by faith we know we have been cleansed.

Verse 4
“By faith Abel brought God a better offering than Cain did. By faith he was commended as righteous, when God spoke well of his offerings. And by faith Abel still speaks, even though he is dead.”

The word of God tells us that it is by faith that Abel brought a better offering to God as compared to his brother Cain, so my understanding of this scripture is that faith is something within us, it is personal and when we don’t have faith we are lost because everything we do is done by love generated by faith. Abel gave through faith and did not compare himself or his offering with anyone, when you do this you know that God is satisfied with the way you are, you know that you are unique and that you don’t have to be eloquent in speech (2 Corinthians 11:6) but because of your faith God trusts you with His gospel, and has searched your heart as it is the love in your heart that generates the faith in you.

Enoch did not experience death and this was because of his faith, the word of God says that faith comes by hearing the word of God (Romans 10:17) so God took him before he could taste death because of the faith he had. We also know that by faith we were resurrected together with Christ Jesus and we now have His Spirit that gives us faith which in turn produces power that enables us to move/press on everyday regardless of the situations/trails we encounter. It is also faith that causes as to be slow to speak because we understand that God has commanded to be the doers of the word and this means we should not only listen/hear his word but also put it into practise.

Verse 5
“By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death: “He could not be found, because God had taken him away”. For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God.”

Brethren let us please God, by so we know that we will be called the first fruit/the first born of God. It does not matter the storms that you face or the trails that you encounter and burden you are carrying as he says in His word that we should cast all our burdens to Him (Psalm 55:22) so all we need to do is keep our faith, we need to worship Him and continue give Him all the glory/thanksgiving. In every situation praise him!

Let us preach faith generals, as the world is facing this pandemic many are losing their lives, those who do not have faith are in fear. They can’t even go outside their homes because they believe that whatever they are fearing is in the air and if they inhale it they will die but we know and understand that the air that we breath is from God (Genesis 2:7).

Hebrews 11:17-19
“17 By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had embraced the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son, 18 even though God had said to him, “It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned.” 19 Abraham reasoned that God could even raise the dead, and so in a manner of speaking he did receive Isaac back from death.”

The word says that Abraham obeyed the command of God to take his son up Mount Moriah to sacrifice him without reasoning or quarrelling with God because of his faith (Genesis 22:1-19), he knew that the God that commands me to sacrifice my son can also raise the dead. So as we mature in faith the tests are different because we no longer drink milk but we eat meat and Abraham illustrates this perfectly, he stood for whatever that came because he knows that God is with him. When you eat meat (are mature) you don’t even see whatever God allows you to encounter as a test as you understand that it is He who gives and it is He who takes away (John 1:21) so when He commands you to sacrifice your son you do so because you know the God you serve, as He takes He also provides.

It doesn’t matter how precious your possessions may be to you, if the Master says give it to me you know that by faith He can multiply, so let us be strengthened by His word and not forget his promises. We understand the promise that God has for us and we are not shaken/fear the shadow that looks like death (Psalms 23:4), our faith does not waver because we know that as the wind passes so shall it also pass whether it comes at the speed of a tornado or destroys as a hurricane but we understand that it will pass.

Keep your faith, know that He is God who has promised you that though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death you will not die (Psalms 23:4) and that you can walk through fire but the fire will not scorch you (Isaiah 43:2) because the fire that is in you is bigger than the fire you are walking through.

Through faith we are blessed, our focus is not shifted by a pandemic because we know that we serve a God that has promised us a land of milk and honey, so let us be firm in the Lord. We should not fear anything because fear is not of the Lord as the word says that He has not given us the spirit of fear but of love, power, and sound mind (1 Timothy 1:7). When we have power we cannot be fearful of anything, we are lions and lions roar with boldness and power, they know they have authority hence they walk in confidence so let our voices be heard when we pray to our Master.

When you have faith you allow people to mistreat you because you know that you did not appoint yourself in that position and it is not by the votes of people that you are in that position (Galatians 1:1) but it the Father who has placed you. So let us remain humble and put our complete trust unto the Lord.

Be transfigured through the word.

Greetings saints, we are gathered here today to hear from the Lord as the word says that when two or three are gathered in His Name He is in their mist (Mathew 18:20) so we are not here alone but He is here with us. Let the Spirit of the Lord take over and deal with our ears and minds and let Him pave the way for His word to find a dwelling place in our hearts.

The word of God is good and it is a blessing, there are people who are looking for the word of God out there but are unfortunate in their findings but we are blessed above all as we are here today to hear the voice that is from above. The bible says that the word of God is alive and active, it is sharper than any double edged sword and it pe*****tes (Hebrews 4:12) so you are not here by mistake, there is no coincidence in the things of the Spirit but you are blessed above all.

I humble myself before the Spirit of the living God, I humble myself before the anointing that God has imparted in my Father Apostle Lucky, The Spirit Rider and I humble myself before all of you generals.

Luke 17:3-4
“So watch yourselves. If your brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them. 4 Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying ‘I repent,’ you must forgive them.”

The word of God says that if your brother or sister sins against you, you have to rebuke them meaning rebuke is good because it realigns a person back to their position therefore the purpose of this rebuke is to cause the person you are rebuking to repent from their sinful ways, it is for the person to realize their mistakes and return to the house of the Father because we are brothers and sisters and so we belong in the same house and under the same anointing. In this process of rebuke, we ought to exercise patience as the word of God says even if they sin seven times you must forgive them when they repent, so the fruit of the Spirit (patience) needs to be made manifest (Galatians 5:22-23).

We must not lose heart but manifest patience and let our hearts be a room for forgiveness. In this scripture Jesus was planting a seed in His disciples, saying to them that they should have His heart, even the word says we must have the heart and mind of Christ Jesus and that we cannot ask to be forgiven yet we don’t forgive our brother/sister (Mathew 6:14-15). We have to exercise patience in this regard because your patience is a teaching to this person, you are planting a seed in him/her to imitate you as you imitate Christ and you are also showing love to this person and it is by the love of God that you will win them over, as the word of God says that it is by the love that you manifest to one another that they will know that you are from Him (John 13:35).

James 1:19-20
“19 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, 20 because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.”

God wants us to be perfect in a manner that He can put His trust in us, He says we have to listen to the word carefully and be slow to speak. Jesus was perfect in this regard, He was slow to speak and quick to listen hence every time He stood up to speak, He always spoke the mind of God.

Let us be obedient to the instructions that come from the Father, let it pe*****te into our system. God is always at work so He can speak at any time and He can use whatever or whoever He pleases. The word that is planted in us is meant to humble us, to make us better people. You are going to become a better somebody through the word of God as the word is there to deal with our minds, to cleanse us from all iniquity and transfigure us into the image of the Father. The only thing that we have to do is receive the word, we need to eat the word because it is the only thing that will build us up. The word of God says in the book of Isaiah 44:18-20 ‘Forget the former things, see I am doing a new thing’ meaning do not ponder in the past the Lord is here to restore you. You are about to discover yourself.

James 1:23-24
“23 Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror 24 and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.”

Children of God I ask that we leave the past behind us and listen to what the word of God says, it is only through the word of God that will cause you to discover yourself and in turn become a better person. Discovering yourself in the Lord eradicates competition because you know and understand yourself. The flesh can deceive you but when you eat and concentrate on the word, the Lord will reveal who you are in Him, the inner being.

This means you are going to do exactly what the word says, you will never forget who you are but you will know the real you. You will be like God to any situation you encounter as you will have now discovered the inner man. Our God is slow in anger and slow to speak but quick to listen so imitate him and all will be with you because you do that which the word says you must do.

The word of God says that we must not only be hearers of the word but doers as well (James 1:22-25) the word is there to give us direction, to reveal the hidden mysteries and the mind of God. There are people out there who are in need of help from us but we will never see them because we are not doers of the word but if we are doers the word we will be able to discern who is in need of what and then be able to help them accordingly transfiguring them to look like God.

Part2

Be still, the battle is not yours.

When some people first receive Christ as their Lord and saviour (Born-again), they usually say that their lives were perfectly fine before they were born again but now things aren’t going so well. They need to understand that in the early days of their acquaintance with the gospel things will happen but all is well, they must also understand that it is good that they are going through some trails, this is to show that they are now sharing with the Lord in His sufferings.

Another thing that people need to comprehend is the secrete of giving, there is no scripture that I know that says that the disciples of Jesus forced people to give or pay tithe but they instead taught about it and people matured on their own, they also prayed for those who were matured in giving and paying tithe. Apostle Paul says in the book of Philippians 4:16-18 that they have sent him aid when he was in need more than once but not that he desired those gifts even though he needed it, he has learnt the secrete to live in plenty and to live in need (Philippians 4:12) and this is the secrete of born again people, to be in need but not in desire!

The moment you are ‘in desire’ you are prompting the devil to manufacture a ‘look-alike’ (an illusion of what seems to be real but isn’t) the devil will not bring you beer if you don’t drink alcohol or ci******es if you do not smoke, he brings you something that you are in need of or desire but beware because it may ‘look like’ it is real but it is just an illusion. When you are in need of a man he will bring you a man that looks like a husband but really isn’t and when you need a woman he will send you a woman that looks like a wife so let us not be ignorant to the devils’ schemes or oblivious to the secrete of being in need but not in desire. Paul says his desire is that more is accredited into their accounts regardless of whether some have given or not, so all we need to say when we are in need is that ‘the Lord will supply all my needs according to the riches in His glory (Philippians 4:19).

2 Chronicles 20:15
“15 He said: “Listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the Lord says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s.”

The battle is not yours so you don’t have to confront the devil, just tell the devil that the battle is not yours but it is the Lord’s. We cannot take any battle upon ourselves so let us not place ourselves in a ring to contend with the devil because we are not prepared to do so as the battle is not ours but the Lords’. The number of problems you are facing does not matter, do not be discouraged because the battle is the Lords. Lift up your head, walk like nothing is wrong and do not listen to what anyone says.

The problem with us is we are too mindful of peoples’ opinions; we are busy fighting battles that aren’t ours. From now onwards let us refrain from fighting battles which are not ours. Angel Michael took his position and said to the devil ‘the Lord rebuke you’, so take your position, stand firm and see the deliverance power of the Lord upon your life.

Zachariah 3:1-2
“Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right side to accuse him. 2 The Lord said to Satan, “The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord, who has chosen Jerusalem, rebuke you! Is not this man a burning stick snatched from the fire?”

Joshua is standing next to the angel of the Lord with satan, I am trying to show you that if you wrong a man of God they are not alone, the angel of the Lord is always by their side and the moment you speak against them then you are unconsciously working in favour of satan (satan using you unaware). In previous sermons I have always taught that when an ‘angel of God’ appears it is actually God appearing to you using a form of an angel because no one can see the Lord and live (Exodus 33:20) so it was actually the Lord that was standing before Joshua and the devil was there ready to accuse the High Priest and the Lord said ‘the Lord rebuke you satan’, in other words the Lord was telling satan to stop what he was doing. Speaking through the angel is the Lord Himself but he doesn’t say ‘I rebuke you satan’ instead He says ‘the Lord rebuke you’ because the devil does not recognize the Lord inside the angel and the devil cannot fight the angel because angels never take the battle upon themselves as the battle is not theirs.

There are things that we desire that are not for us, the Lord does not make manifest those desires because they are not good for us to have. It is good when we are content with what we have, it is not that the Lord is not answering your prayers and it is not the devil hindering you from receiving that which you desire but you are okay with what you have at the moment, so peace be with you. Everything that you are going through is because the Lord allowed it to happen to you so be still the battle is not yours to fight, it is the Lords’. Whenever you go through something just say ‘the Lord rebukes you satan’, leave it in the hands of the Lord and the Lord will supply your needs according to the riches in His glory.

Verse 3-6
“3 Now Joshua was dressed in filthy clothes as he stood before the angel. 4 The angel said to those who were standing before him, “Take off his filthy clothes.” Then he said to Joshua, “See, I have taken away your sin, and I will put fine garments on you.” 5 Then I said, “Put a clean turban on his head.” So they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him, while the angel of the Lord stood by.”

He told the people that were there that Joshua is dressed in filthy clothes and that they should take off those filthy clothes worn by Joshua, when the clothes were taken off the Lord said to Joshua ‘see, I have taken away your sins” He did not instruct the people that were there to take off Joshua’s sins nor did He tell them about Joshua’s sins being taken away, His only instruction was for them to take of Joshua’s clothes, so whatever you know about your pastor is none of your business know that the Lord has already cleansed him and he is forgiven.

David did one of the worst sins one can ever do but when he prayed the Lord heard his prayers and forgave him (Psalm 51), David repented but we are still held up on his sin whilst God has already forgiven him and this is the same with Thomas, people keep saying Thomas did this and that but in actuality there was nothing wrong with Thomas. Joshua’s filthy clothes represented his sins and when people were taking those clothes off as per the Lords instruction, they did not know that the Lord was cleansing Joshua but to Joshua the Lord was direct with what he was doing hence he says ‘I have taken away your sins’

The good thing about spiritual things is that Joshua was prevented from hearing the instruction of the angel to the people to take off Joshua’s filthy clothes because if he had heard he would have run away in fear of people seeing his nakedness and the same happened to the people when the Lord said to Joshua He is taking away his sins. When the filthy garment is taken off Joshua receives a fine garment which represents the anointing so the person who you have written off because you have deemed them as ‘dirty’ might be receiving the most powerful anointing therefore you will be depriving yourself of this anointing by writing them off.

Those who associate themselves with Joshua are about to find grace and favour because of their association with the High Priest, so when you acquaint yourself with the man of God know who you are acquainting yourself with for you might find peace and favour because of the manner you regard/treat him.

Zachariah 4:1-6
“Then the angel who talked with me returned and woke me up, like someone awakened from sleep. 2 He asked me, “What do you see?” I answered, “I see a solid gold lampstand with a bowl at the top and seven lamps on it, with seven channels to the lamps. 3 Also there are two olive trees by it, one on the right of the bowl and the other on its left.” 4 I asked the angel who talked with me, “What are these, my lord?” 5 He answered, “Do you not know what these are?” “No, my lord,” I replied. 6 So he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty.”

Was Zachariah awake when all of this took place? No, he was asleep. All of this transpired while he was still sleeping but when he woke up, he took everything that happened literally and didn’t regard it as a dream, he took it to heart. After he awoke from his sleep he was asked what he sees, and he replied saying, I see seven channels meaning he has seven channels to hear from and seven channels to see from and there were also two olive trees, remember he said ‘I will bring people from underneath the olive trees for things to come’ but the stones represent seven eyes.

In verse 5, Zachariah knows that he is not talking to an angel but the Lord Himself because he does not address or respond to the angel as ‘I hear you angel’ but instead he says ‘my Lord’ and the angel will not start being prideful because of how Zachariah is addressing him, it knows that it was made to be seen as an angel.

Not by might, not by power but by the Spirit of the Lord. The battle is not yours so don’t fight battles that aren’t yours IN JESUS NAME…

Part 1

Be still, the battle is not yours.

Viewers all over the world you are welcome, let us all partake in the word, which the Lord God is dishing out for us this day, you being here is not a coincidence you are indeed blessed.

Before I get into todays’ message, I have two questions for you, have you have ever fought with the devil and how does one fight the devil? When you fight with the enemy you must be certain that you will come out victorious because if you aren’t then there will be trouble. In the previous sermon I said that if a person does not retaliate when someone starts a fight with them then there will be no fight but in this case if a person partakes in a fight with the enemy then they must always stand victorious no matter what because if they are defeated it is over with them.

Has God ever fought the devil? Can God fight the devil? If God has never fought the devil, then you should also imitate him and not fight. The devil is the enemy of the Lord, but the Lord is not the enemy of the devil therefore God cannot fight the devil. Today I want to show you how we as believers are degrading yourself by triggering the devil to fight us by the trouble, we cause for ourselves. Christians, don’t ever allow the devil to push you to be an intercessor because if you do then you are no longer Gods intercessor but the devils and your prayer will not be out of worship to God but it will be triggered by the fear of the devil and such a prayer is not powerful regardless of the words you utter because you are not praying according to the Spirit of the Lord but because the devil is instruction you to pray.

We sometimes pray because of lack of money, unemployment or we are sick and are busy losing what belongs to us, when your partner leaves you pray asking God to bring them back because according to you they are ‘the one/the right person for you’, but who told you they are the right person?

Jude 1:1-2
“1 Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ and a brother of James, to those who have been called, who are loved in God the Father and kept for Jesus Christ. 2 Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance.”

If you are able to comprehend this then you are done, you will understand prayer, you will understand when you have to pray as well as how you ought to pray and no one will dictate your prayer. Now, because you are called and loved by God and He does not have enemies then you should also have no enemies and because He also doesn’t fight then you also shouldn’t. When Jesus Christ came, He already found you set apart and preserved for Himself, know that you are not worshipping the Lord because you have a choice but because you are without choice.

Other bible versions say that ‘Jude a born servant’ meaning he was born to worship Christ without choice, even demons have no choice when the voice of the manifested one speaks, they tremble! The bible says that ‘For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it pe*****tes even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart’ (Hebrews 4:12)

Jude 1:3
“3 Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt compelled to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to God’s holy people.”

What we need to fight for is the ‘faith’ and nothing else, because I see that the faith is being taken away from you. This is the faith you were given when you were called unto the Lord and you were kept for Him, we ought to keep this faith as He has entrusted us with it but this faith has slipped away bit by bit by the gospel ministered by ungodly people until there was nothing left. The bible says in (Mark 7:13) that we make the word of God of no avail by following the traditions of our forefathers, meaning there was a forefather who came and said ‘in order for things to go right in your life, come to my grave’ and because of that the faith you had and was given to you before you were born has slipped through your fingers, so Jude was compelled to remind us of what we were given before we lose it completely.

Jude is even encouraging those who are going through problems that they too can be delivered but the problem is that they love people more than God. God delivered His people out of Egypt (Leviticus 25:38) meaning He freed you from bo***ge but you began to listen to the gospel of ungodly people, they taught you how to make rituals on behalf of your ancestors, you got contaminated and now God destroys you.

Jude 1:4-6
“4 For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.5 Though you already know all this, I want to remind you that the Lord at one time delivered his people out of Egypt, but later destroyed those who did not believe. 6 And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling—these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day.”

God here is talking about angels that once came to earth and saw the beauty of the daughters of man and thereafter slept with them, and as a result gave birth to giants (Genesis 6:1-4), He says that they are still chained in darkness. The problem starts when you allow people to speak things to you and as a result leaving your mind contaminated, there are marriages that have been destroyed because of allowing people to speak things us. I advise you to never entertain such talks, but the problem is that you love people too much.

I always say that one should never give the devil an ear because the next thing he will do is give you direction and that there is no way you can listen to someone without reacting. You react to what they have said about your husband, they say things about your husband, and you react by having an attitude towards him when you get home having not even asked him if what they have is true. Be careful of what you listen to because you might listen to things that you shouldn’t hear out of curiosity.

Ungodly people know how to get the attention of an audience because people are easily attracted by ungodly things. Our eyes are attracted to what we should not see, and it is not easy for us to turn away. Last week I taught you about the sons of Noah (Genesis 9), two of them were wise enough to place garments on their shoulders and walk in reverse to cover their fathers’ nakedness without looking because they knew that once they see they will not be able to turn away their eyes and will want to look again, so do not get tempted to see things that you shouldn’t or to listen to things you should not hear.

How many times have you caught people talking about your mother or your siblings? And how many times have you caught people talking about the Apostle? Were you supposed to listen to those things? Look, before you listened to the things those people spoke about regarding the Apostle, the anointing in him has been at work in you but after what you allowed yourself to listen his anointing is no longer at work in you! Did the anointing lose its power? Or was it you that stopped it from operating in you because of what you heard? The anointing did not go anywhere, in fact the anointing you have experienced has been in him since rom the beginning, but that anointing ceased working for you when you allowed yourself to listen to what you should not be listening to.

Ungodly people also exist in the church and are there to recruit more people to be like them. In the book of 1 Corinthians 9:22 Apostle Paul says, I will be like with the goal of coming out with some and so ungodly people know that those who are in church are those that have been chosen and because they know they are destined perish they don’t want to perish alone so they go to churches to preach their own gospel and the best way they can take someone out of the church is by contaminating their mind with things they should not be listening to. Be careful of what you listen to and also fighting battles that are not yours to fight.

Some of us in the church are not praying for what we should be praying for but are instead fighting battled that aren’t ours to fight and as a result end up being attacked by demons all because we like things. We are busy fighting our friends’ battles, we have our claws in other peoples’ business and now the demons are aware of your meddling so they attack you and you suddenly find yourself experiencing similar problems all because you have invited the devil who is far away from you.

The Arch Angel did not go too far in fighting the devil when the devil was trying to steal the body of Moses, he instead said ‘the Lord rebuke you’ in verse 9. How do men of God resist the devil and people when they fight them? We don’t fight on our own behalf, but we let the devil fight with the scriptures and relax while we are hidden in the word. We leave him there because he is stupid and because we understand the book of John 1, ‘in the beginning was the word and word was with God and the word was God’ so we don’t allow him to play with our emotions.

There are cities that were contaminated because they imitated the behaviour of S***m and Gomorrah. No one is born homosexual, there is no such thing, but it is people who imitate things they have heard and seen from other people and the word says ire is awaiting those people (Genesis 19:1-11). People must stop making excuses for their behaviour, there is no such thing as ‘I was born gay/lesbian’ but it is people that are copying things from other countries. It is people who learn bad behaviour and then fight until the law of the country approves them and because we live in a country where we are not bound by the word of God and are quick to constitute laws, it in turn destroys our communities and families. Why is the government not televising educational content as the effects of this pandemic have resulted in our learners missing out on half of the school year instead of televising g**s kissing each other?
