Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything.” “Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and that which cannot remain silent.” “Music washes away from the soul the dust of everydaylife

Trusting in Jesus involves a conscious choice to rely on His character and promises rather than your own understanding or circumstances. This Sunday, as you reflect on your church lesson, you can explore several practical ways to deepen this trust and integrate it into your daily life.

When the woman (often identified as Mary) anointed Jesus’ feet and wiped them with her hair, the disciples—and specifically Judas—didn't see an act of worship. They saw a waste of money and a "sinful" woman who shouldn't be that close to Him .
Jesus flipped their judgment on its head. He pointed out that while the "righteous" hosts hadn't even given Him water for His feet, this woman had washed them with her tears . He reminded everyone that those who are forgiven much, love much.
Here are a few takeaways from that moment.

God’s Logic is Different: We judge based on outward appearances and past mistakes, but Jesus looks at the sincerity of our love and repentance.

In contemporary society, there is a growing concern that some religious institutions are prioritising financial gain over their spiritual mission. The transition of the church into a business-like entity often contradicts the biblical principle that the house of God should be a place of worship and ministry rather than a marketplace. As Jesus reminded us, the primary purpose of the church is to serve the Word, not to seek profit. May we find our way back to a path of authentic service and spiritual integrity.

Beloved, let us go before the Throne of Grace today with a humble heart and a seeking spirit.
Scripture tells us in Luke 24 of two men walking the road to Emmaus. They walked side-by-side with the King of Glory, yet their eyes were "holden"—they were looking right at the Truth and couldn't see it. They were talking about Jesus while standing with Jesus, and still, they missed Him.
Church, we cannot afford to walk blind in this season! Today, make this your fervent prayer: "Lord, open my eyes!"

The Last Supper is recorded in the Synoptic Gospels (Matthew 26:17–30, Mark 14:12–26, Luke 22:7–38) and in 1 Corinthians 11:23–25. It was a Passover meal where Jesus instituted the New Covenant, breaking bread as his body and sharing wine as his blood, representing the sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins, and commanding his disciples to remember him.
