IMPORTANT NOTICE

Firstly, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all the vendors who participated in today's Market Day. Thank you for your support, commitment, and contribution towards making the event possible.

We would also like to clarify that this is a Community Market. AFM Belhar Assembly is merely the host venue that has embraced the vision of creating opportunities for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and community members to showcase and sell their products and services.

Please note: The Market Coordinators will not be held liable or responsible if more than one vendor is selling the same or similar products. No exclusivity will be granted on products or services.

By registering for the market, vendors acknowledge and accept that other vendors may offer identical or related items. If you choose to participate, you must be prepared for healthy competition.

The success of any Market Day is a shared responsibility. It is not solely the responsibility of the Coordinators to post, advertise, and invite people to attend the market. Every vendor is encouraged to actively promote the event, invite family and friends, and share the event on social media platforms.

The more we work together to market the event, the greater the opportunity for a successful and profitable day for everyone involved. Together we can grow this community initiative and create even more opportunities for local businesses.

MARKET TRADING HOURS

Please note that the Market operates from 08h00 to 14h00. Vendors are expected to remain set up and trading for the full duration of the Market.

Vendors who pack up and leave before the official closing time of 14h00, without prior approval from the Coordinators, will not be permitted to participate as vendors at the next Market Day. Early departures create a negative impression.

We thank all vendors for their understanding, cooperation, and commitment to making every Market Day a success for the entire community.

📌 Closing date for registrations:
31 May 2026.

❄️ Winter Market Dates:
• 6 June 2026
• 11 July 2026
• 8 August 2026

📍 Venue:
Belvue Primary School Hall

⏰ Time:
08H00 – 14H00

💰 Stall Fees:
• Standard Vendor Stall – R200
• Food Stall – R250 (if electricity is required)
