The League of Doom has been a long time project for a few dedicated people hell bent on preserving, nurturing, and expanding the passion for metal’s orphan sub-genre, DOOM. Through the strength of a small community we have managed to put together a number of social events, as well as a few live shows, in which we pay tribute to the majestic misery of our musical influences. This has, up to now, b

een a particularly private platform. The time has come to share our world with anyone out there with a penchant for sorrow filled dirges and gloriously gloomy doom.

This is Slayer like you've never heard it before: this is SLOWER, the supergroup with members of Fu Manchu, Kylesa, Kyuss, Monolord, Lowrider and Year Of The Cobra.— six major players from the stoner and doom metal league reinventing five classics from the thrash metal masters with a gloomy and heavier-than-thou approach combining riff mastery and crushing grooves in equal measures, crowned by the magnetic ethereal vocals of Laura Pleasants and Amy Barrysmith.
