THE THINGS THAT GOD WILL NOT JUST DO
You need to rely on God and trust Him that He will not lie to you, He will not disappoint you, He will not change His character. God will not give you promises that He cannot keep, He cannot mislead you. He cannot release His word in your life so that this will not have any effect afterwards. That is why you shouldn't take His word granted. The bible says: God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? (Numbers 23:19). "NIV." If people have failed you and disappointed you before or if they have abused your trust and lied to you, God will not lie. If people start apologizing and giving you all sorts of excuses, it is not the case with the Lord of all. If when you were in danger, destitute, stranded, sick and in need people turned their backs on you, the Lord God will rescue you. If when you turned to people and called to them for help they ignored you, God will answer you. !

DON'T LET PRIDE GET TO YOUR HEAD, YOU NEED GOD
Goliath's confidence was all about his height, the praises that he was getting all the time from his people the Philistines. He thought that his height was now his security and all that he needed the most. All the years that he has been fighting, the experience that he had sat in his head and thought that he would secure a victory for himself all the time. As a man, the minute you start putting your trust in a human being or in your possessions, your wealth, your position or your beauty you have turned yourself to a fool. And it is not a good thing to be a fool. Goliath thought that David was nothing in his eyes, little did he know the small boy had the favour of the Lord on his side. And you know for ths battle what happened in the end. Never let things run to your head, be humble still. At one stage also David behaved like a fool because he thought that he could use his position as the king of Israel to take out Uriah so that he would take his wife Bathsheba. But the Lord God was not pleased with this. When God elevates you or promotes you, it is not for you to begin oppressing other people or for you to take away what belongs to them. The bible is saying somewhere: Are you so foolish? After beginning by means of the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by means of the flesh? (Galatians 3:3|NIV). !

You need to know the time that God has prepared for you. Jesus' brothers wanted Him to go and make Himself known when it was not the right time for Him. He told them that His time was not yet there. Stop doing things to impress the masses or because you want to copy and emulate others. Don't go and get married because so and so they have done that. Don't go and buy an expensive car that you will not be able to maintain to prove somebody. Don't copy the anointing of others to show that God uses you mightily, but stay where He sees you and has put you for now.

BECAUSE IT IS UP TO THE LORD

Because it is not up to men, their titles, their opinions, their views, the things they have said about you, how they have described you and portrayed you, the rejection you have encountered and suffered from, their condamnation and other positions, you can trust the Lord. People might have said to you once; you worth nothing, you are poor and you grew up in a poor community, your background says everything about you that you are a qualified poor. They might say you didn't attend nice schools, no body in your family has ever owned a car, no body in your family has ever bought a house this or that, but I want you to know so far you haven't failed and that it is up to the Lord to position you and render you prosperous and successful. It is not because of the views that certain people have expressed that your life now needs to come to a standstill. The bible says: “‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.” (Mark 9:23). It is up to you to believe in what the Lord God is doing, to establish your testimony. The Lord is able to do things in your life. It is not because of unfortunate circumstances that you need to give up now. Jonah said: “In my distress I called to the Lord, and he answered me. From deep in the realm of the dead I called for help, and you listened to my cry. (Jonah 2:2). When you raise up your voice to the Lord and you call upon His name He can answer you to give you the solution that you need to the problem you are facing today. Despite the things that have happened before, the things that hurt you which things people have said, in the Lord you still have a Redeemer who can fix and repair everything. !

THE RIGHTS THE PRODIGAL SON NEVER LOST

The bible says: But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.”’ “And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ (Luke 15:17-21). "NKJV."

Sin downgrades you. Never think sin can put you in a stronger position. You cannot pretend after that you have sinned against the Lord that things are still okay and perfect. They can be perfect when you acknowledge your wrongdoing and then ask for forgiveness to the Lord. When Adam and Eve sinned against the Lord because they ate the fruit that was forbidden to them, the minute they realized they were misled by the devil, they ran away from the presence of God to go and hide. They fell ashamed of their act of disobedience to the Lord. It was the guilt upon them that led them to flee from the presence of God. You and I don't have to run away from God today, but we can go back to the Father and ask Him for forgiveness.

The prodigal understood after all the mistakes which he had made that he could humble himself to go back to the Father. You need to be humble to see that what you have done is totally wrong. The prodigal son acknowledged his mistakes, the wrong path that he took and followed. When he came to his senses after he squandered all his wealth in wild living, he got broke and there was famine in the country he went to. After he went and hired himself to a citizen to a citizen of that country. He sent him into his fields to feed his pigs. He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating but no one gave him anything.

When He came to his senses he said and; how many of his father's hired servants have food to spare and here he is starving to death. He said to himself; I will arise and go back to my Father and I will say to him; father I have sinned against heaven and before you and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. He thought he should ask his father to make him like one of his hired servants. He wanted to be forgiven. Somebody who wants to be forgiven is humble. They will do all it takes to ask for forgiveness because they want to repair.

This son wanted to be made as one of his father's hired servants, because he thought he wasn't entitled to be called son anymore. But he was a son still. It is when one repents from their wrongdoing, their sins that they are likely to find that they are still loved, cared for and they still have rights. After the son went back, he narrated his story, the father ordered that the servants should bring out the best robe and dress him with it, put a ring on his hand and that they should put sandals on his feet.

The father ordered that a fattened calf should be killed, so that they will eat and be merry. He emphasized and said that for his son was lost and now is found. When you make up your mind and go back to the Father, to your God you will always be welcome. May you find way to go back to the Lord today to be forgiven. !

THE EVERLASTING ROCK

The bible says: Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, all ate the same spiritual food, and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ. (1 Corinthians 10:1-4). "NKJV."

Our ancestors, our fathers were under the cloud as they came out of Egypt. They all passed throuh the sea where they were baptized into Moses in the cloud. The ancestors because they were with God following His presence as He was with them as a pillar of cloud that led them during the day and as a pillar of fire at night, didn't get lost at all. The Lord went before them in a pillar of cloud during the day, to lead them and show them, the itinerary to which they had to stick so that they will go astray far from His presence. He went before them in a pillar of fire when it was nighttime to give them light, to show them He was among them, because He remains faithful to the very end.

For the cloud that the children of Israel were following day in and day out was not just any cloud, but the cloud which they were following it was God was among them to lead them into a better destiny. They were not on their own and the Lord never deserted them. When you think God is far from you, far from your concerns, far from your complex situation, far from your cries He indeed is very close to you to bring you the help that you need. For He has not forsaken you, He has not departed from you. He wants you to go through certain things to get mature. Because like a woman who when she gets pregnant she goes through many stages of the pregnancy to get to the day of labour God is also with you in all things to lead to the place His glory has been set for you.

Our fathers were therefore baptized as they crossed the Red sea. They left one stage to go to another one which was better for the Lord when He spoke with Moses He said to him that He had seen the misery of His people that are in Egypt, He has heard them crying because of their slave drivers, He is concerned about their suffering, their condition. He came down with a plan to rescue them and deliver them from the hand of the Egyptians to lead them out of that land of misfortune, of oppression to a good and spacious land, a land that flows with milk and honey, the home of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites and the Jebusites.

The cry of the people to the Lord indeed reached Him that He had to intervene. He didn't remain indifferent to this. As the fathers were baptized into the sea through Moses, they also all ate the same spiritual food and also drank the same spiritual drink. They drank from the spiritual Rock that followed them, they saw the cloud but it was the Rock that can provide. The Rock which never failed, is the same yesterday, today and forever. The Rock is Christ. He was with them to comfort them, to protect them, to show them the way to the Father, to lead them to the place where they will remain in the presence of God and have an encounter with Him.

That Rock is where you can find the way, the truth and the life to be saved and have everlasting life. The bible says: Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: “‘The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes’? (Matthew 21:42). The builders by lack of understanding rejected the stone, this Rock. But this stone which was then rejected, became the cornerstone where the hope of the entire world lies. Jesus is the Rock our lives that you need to embrace. !

HOW INDIVIDUALS AND ENTIRE FAMILIES HAVE BEEN TIED AND CRIPPLED BY THE DEVIL

The bible says: Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:10-12). "NIV."

In the place where you might find yourself that you are becoming weak, because of certain events of life, the things that are happening to you, your family, the circumstances you find yourself in, you need to be strong still. That as you rely on the Lord and put your trust in Him and His mighty power. No matter the amount of hurt, fights, calamities that you find yourself you might be having on one side, put your trust in God as you take a fighting attitude in prayer. Don't take off your full armour of God that allows you to stand against the schemes of the devil who is the biggest enemy ever that we have.

You need to bear in mind that in our struggle, our fight that we are not wrestling against flesh and blood, but against principalities, we are wrestling against powers that want to take over our life and cripple most of us in suffering, pains and death. The devil wants to steal and take our peace away. Our struggle is against the powers, rulers of the darkness world of this age. There are demonic rulers that are there standing against us. There are spiritual hosts of wickedness that are in the heavenly places. The devil uses methods and schemes to cripple people.

The Scripture says: Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. (1 Peter 5:8-9). You need to be alert and of sober mind at all times because the devil is always up to something. He is in search of victims as he prowls around like a roaring lion looking for those he can devour. The way out is to resist him by standing firm in faith.

There are individuals, entire families, communities that actually have been tied and crippled by the enemy as he is operating in the heavenly realms holding them hostages. Nothing these people do succeeds, they fail all the time, they die of complicated and strange diseases. Some of them suffer from diseases that other people will normally not die from, they live a life of total confusion, complete lack. For them it is curse on top of curse. They are restricted to not live happily and cannot do certain stuffs. The bible says: Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.” (Luke 22:31-32).

The Lord Jesus said to Peter that Satan has asked to sift all of them as wheat that needs to be used for bread. When Satan touches you, your family, there is only the Lord God who is able to deliver you and set you free. And the devil operates in the darkness world, using spiritual forces of evil you need to stand I'm prayer to defeat him. As Satan asked to sift all the disciples, the Lord Jesus prayed for them to nullify his plans, so that they will stand nor succeed. He has defended your cause so that you will be a conqueror.

When the father of the boy the disciples could not deliver nor heal brought him to Jesus, the disciples failed to understand that the battle was on another level, they had to engage spiritually to drive out the demon that was tormenting him. There are people, families that are buried in poverty, in suffering they die mysteriously because the devil's agents have never been driven out in their lives. For Paul to deliver the girl who was possessed with the spirit of python, it was the power in the name of Jesus that did the work. The seven sons of Sceva that wanted to identify themselves with Jesus that Paul preached failed, because the evil spirit acknowledged Jesus and Paul, but didn't know them. They were overpowered, beaten to the extent that they ran out of the naked and wounded. Because they didn't carry the power that is in the name of Jesus.

The Lord Jesus sent two of His disciples to go to a village ahead of them, saying that just as they enter, they will find a c**t tied there which no one has ever ridden and that they should untie the c**t and bring it to Him. He said to them if anyone asks them why they are doing this, they should say that needs it and will send it back shortly. Today may you also be untied from the spirit of failure, lack of progress, stagnation, poverty, mysterious miscarriages for you to enter in a new realm in Jesus name! !

THE KIND OF FAITH THAT SPEAKS AND SEIZES THE BIG THINGS

There is the kind of faith that you need to understand speaks about itself volumes to bring things to full manifestation. This kind of faith attracts God and brings Him into the picture so that He doesn't stay far. It makes Him sensitive, it gets Him involved for He is not going to be indifferent but will get to do His role. This kind of faith brings the Lord closer to them man by granting him his heart's desires. This kind of faith pleases the Lord and amazes Him. When He looks upon a man with this kind of faith He can stretch out His mighty hand to release blessings, healing and provide the solution where it is needed.

The bible says: Now when Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, pleading with Him, 6 saying, “Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented.” 7 And Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.” 8 The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed. 9 For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes; and to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it. ”When Jesus heard it, He marveled, and said to those who followed, “Assuredly, I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel! (Matthew 8:5-10). "NKJV."

When the Lord Jesus entered Capernaum there was a centurion who thought the condition of of his servant necessitated a divine intervention from the Lord. For his servant was sick and paralyzed at home, suffering terribly. Knowing this, the centurion came to meet Jesus in search for help. When he came to Him he said; Lord my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully, tormented. The Lord Jesus answered him and said that He will come and heal his servant. But on hearing this the centurion made a retrospective and found to be a man who had erred in various ways. He said to the Lord that he was not worthy for him to come under his roof.

What the centurion did, he acknowledged his sins. It was an act of repentance. He then said to the Lord Jesus to only speak a word and his servant will be healed. He believed the power the Lord Jesus carries was not limited to one place for He is omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient to do whatever He was willing to do. He believed that when a word comes out of His mouth, the word could bring change and change the atmosphere. His word was enough for in the beginning the word did tremendous works. He said to Him that he himself was a man under authority having soldiers under him.

He will in some instances give orders to one soldier to go and he will go, when he says to another; come and he will come. Then with his servant if he says do this, he will do it. When the Lord Jesus heard this, He was amazed. What are the things that God today is hearing from you and your own mouth? Do you déclare faith? How do you think you can get Him to be involved and then answer you, when you are scared of asking. Does your faith grows and increase or it is the kind of faith that shrinks? The Lord Jesus said to those who followed Him that truly He hasn't seen, He hasn't found such a great faith not even in Israel. This was an amazing faith.

The Scripture defines faith as the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1). This centurion's faith exceeded, it went too far where little faith couldn't get. It was the type of faith that justifies one for them to start receiving from the Lord. It was the type of faith without boundaries, the faith that excludes fear, the type of faith that claims things immediately. Still in verse six the bible says: But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6). "NKJV." You need to believe God for what He can do.

The Lord Jesus said many will come from the east and the west and they will take their places at the feast, sitting with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. He then said that the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside in the darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth for they will be found to have failed themselves for not aligning themselves with the will of God. And then the Scripture says: Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go your way; and as you have believed, so let it be done for you.” And his servant was healed that same hour. (Matthew 8:13). The faith the centurion demonstrated qualified him so that without even going to his house the Lord declared that it shall be done to him as he had believed in his heart for his servant to be healed. May the Lord God see also your increasing faith to grant you, your heart's desires in Jesus name!

To finish the bible says: For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” 4 Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt. (Romans 4:3-4). "NKJV." Because Abraham believed God also in his time it was accounted to him for righteousness. It is your time that God will also see the level your faith has reached, to reward you and give you the best. God will not leave you where you struggling with the issues of life. !

MAKING FIRST RIGHT WITH THE LORD

It is important for one to consider making right with the Lord God, that they want to serve and depart from sins. The Lord Jesus said: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (Matthew 6:33). Seeking the kingdom of God needs to be your first priority and nothing else. You need to seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness t have other things added to you. The kingdom of God needs to be established in your heart, in your marriage, in your community, in your city, in your company, in your nation. People need to know the Lord God and serve Him wholeheartedly through you.

John the Baptist when he saw there were many Pharisees and Sadducees who were coming to him and wanted to be baptized by him he had a revelation that they were not committed. He saw that they lacked understanding and didn't want to commit themselves to know the ways of God. Therefore he said to them; “Brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance, (Matthew 3:7-8). "NKJV." You need to acknowledge where it is that you have gone astray then repent from your wrongdoing and not pretend that everything is cool and okay. You need to bear fruits worthy of repentance and not fool people.

God refuses to recognize people in their state of sins to bless them if they don't want to repent. Because when people sin, they distance themselves from God. They walk away from the Lord, isolating themselves. If a man is sick and they don't go seek the help from a medical doctor to be treated of their illness, what is likely to happen is that they will eventually die. Because when a disease enters in a body, it does not come to entertain people but it comes to cause them discomfort, pains and make them suffer. And when it strikes, it kills them.

The thief when he comes in one's life it is to steal, to kill and to destroy the victim. The three objectives the thief has and wants to attain or achieve are those ones and this will never change. It is not a good thing for one to reject God in their lives since it appears to them that they have it all together. It is not a good thing to take advantage of the weak then oppress them by all means. It is a not a good thing to steal from others to have a lot of money and enjoy life. Because if you oppress people today, you need to know after your time will come the time of your children and you wouldn't like to see them going through tough times and suffer because of all the sins and wrongdoing from your side.

And the bible in the NLT version says in
Hosea My people are being destroyed because they don’t know me. Since you priests refuse to know me, I refuse to recognize you as my priests. Since you have forgotten the laws of your God, I will forget to bless your children. (Hosea 4:6). A priest needs to walk according to the ways of God and adhere to His will. Many people are being destroyed because they fail to know God and they do things they were not supposed to do out of ignorance. As a priest you need to follow the ways of the Lord and abide by His law. If you fail to do things according to God's will you might yourself. This version talks of an action that is occurring, taking place, something that has not stopped nor ended.

Everyday the people of God, innocent kids are being destroyed by the devil by way of TV, pornographic material, the contents in the social media that is not appropriate. People indulge in sins because of what they are being exposed to and they want to consume and make use of, not considering the consequences that these can bring. Because this is happening, action needs to be taken by teaching people the ways of God and the truth to free them from the enemy's traps. You have a role to play and display in society to lead people back to God and not seek for popularity.

The bible says: “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. (Matthew 5:14-15). If you say you are serving God and then people cannot see the light in you, then we have a problem. The light makes places that used to be and look dark bright. People when they see the light, they cannot mistakenly think it is the darkness still. So your deeds need to speak on your behalf. God has put the light of the word in you for you to lighten the world and give light to those that are lost, for them to come to know Him and serve Him. !

BECAUSE THE WORD IS NOT CHAINED

The bible says: When he had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen, and a cloth around his face. Jesus said to them, “Take off the grave clothes and let him go.” (John 11:43-44). You need to know that the Word of the Lord is never chained nor bound ithat it can create and make things happen in your life. When the word has been released it creates and puts things into place. In the beginning when God started with the creation, He released the word. Because in the beginning when God created the heavens and the earth, the earth was formless and empty and darkness was over the surface of the deep. But then the Lord spoke the word for the light to come into being. When you know the word is powerful and unchained you will not allow anything to hold you back and intimidate you. After the Lord Jesus thanked God for He has heard Him, He called loud and said to Lazarus to come out from the grave. The dead Lazarus heard that word. This word caused the chains of death to get loosed. May the chains of death, failure, stagnation start falling today in your life in Jesus' name! The people that were there thought Jesus was trying. God will never try to do something, He does things and they obey Him. Lazarus when he heard he came out, he knew he was released from death. Death needs to be bound in your marriage, your career for the word is powerful in Jesus' name!

GETTING OUT OF DEAD AND DYSFUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

You need to know the kind of relationships you're in, the ones you are engaged in today if they are alive or they are dead. You need to know if they can lead you somewhere and achieve something better. You need to know that so that after a long run you don't suffer. Any relationship you claim to be in needs to be alive, it must lead you to a place where you can get something out of it. You need to get from a relationship that is alive either joy, happiness, support, help, good advice, compliment or encouragement. In a relationship that is alive they cannot make you feel small, they cannot show that you aren't needed or your inputs are not welcome. A dead relationship cannot produce anything good because it is dead.

When you are in a dead relationship, no matter the efforts you try to put in to get things moving ahead and forward with people you will see that there is nothing changing. It will be as if you're on your own. People will show less interest since they don't care, they won't give you the attention you need. Your relationship with with God gets back on its feet when you repent from your wrongdoing. When you are in a dead relationship people can even distance themselves from you, they can avoid you, refuse to have anything to do with you, they can walk away from you at any time. They will show you that you are not welcome, because the bridge that was supposed to link you with them has been removed. The friendship, the trust will no longer be there.

When you find yourself in a relationship that is dead, you will see that people tend to forget you, to get you out of their lives, their hearts or memories. They don't consider you, neither respect you anymore. To them you have become like a piece of garbage that is needs to thrown out. What kind of relationship are you in and you are living in today? There are marriages that people see them from outside while the truth of the matter is that they are already completely dead and they need to be resuscitated to come back to life. Forgiveness must be put on the table for them to be able to forgive one another and continue living as two friends.

In most cases you will see that the husband and the wife don't get along, they don't talk to each other anymore. And they don't like each other anymore but pretend that all is fine. What is thought to be a relationship of marriage is dead because there is no more love, no more affection, Satan has taken over. You see the two people together, sharing one bed while their feelings have been brought to a standstill and they are frozen from deep inside. In their hearts they are long time separated, they are together just for the sake of formality. Dead relationship start and kick in when one is not humble enough to acknowledge their mistakes, when they are too proud and cannot also ask for forgiveness.

In a dead relationship everything is frozen the mood, the smile, the attitude, the feelings, the emotions. But one can choose to repair their relationship either with their friends, colleagues, brothers, sisters or even with God by first looking at the things that went wrong. The problem needs to be addressed. Jonah refused to find himself in a dysfunctional relationship with the Lord, after he disobeyed Him and was thrown into the sea. He prayed and God answered him in his misfortune. The prodigal son was humble enough to walk back to his father and acknowledge his very mistakes. He realized that the route he took was a wrong one. He didn't want to keep himself in relationship that is dead and continue to suffer the more. When you are in a dead relationship you are likely to get nothing from it because you will not be acknowledged.

Sometimes one can see a fridge full of meat, vegetables but then you need to know if they are not dead meat or vegetables that can make you sick and cause you to start vomiting after eating them. It is not recommended to eat and feed from things that are dead or rotten as you can get sick after eating them and they might speak of food poisoning. The bible says: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children. (Hosea 4:6). "NKJV." You don't have to destroy yourself by refusing to be humble to acknowledge your mistakes and repent from them. Many people are destroyed because they lack knowledge and as a result the Lord also rejects them.

The Scripture says: For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16). "NKJV." God didn't want to leave us human beings, His children in a dead and dysfunctional relationship type of a Father and His children where things are out of order. Because of the love He has for us, He gave His one and only Son so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. God considered that He had to bring us back where things are in order with Him and they are working all the time, where we do not die as a result of our trespasses but we are forgiven.

The bible says: My people have been lost sheep. Their shepherds have led them astray;
They have turned them away on the mountains. They have gone from mountain to hill; They have forgotten their resting place. (Jeremiah 50:6). "NKJV." The resting place you have to come to it is to God, so that you will not be a lost sheep that is wandering out there and far from the purpose. You don't have to remain in a place where you are living a sinful life because of the corruption you are exposed to. Don't go from mountain to the hill where there is no rest and no provision for you.

You need to come to a place where like the prodigal son you choose to humble yourself to normalize the relationship. When Abram listened to Sarah's advice he went ahead and slept with Hagar her maid and he could no longer hear God speaking to him anymore. That time when Ishmael was born to Abram, he was eighty-six years old. He couldn't hear God speaking to him anymore. When he was ninety-nine years old the Lord then appeared him. He said to him that He is the Lord Almighty for everything that Abram needed it was in His hand. He said to him to walk before Him by being faithful and be blameless in His sight.

God chose to speak to Samuel leaving Eli the priest aside, although the two of them were in the temple where they slept, because things were no longer in their rightful place with Eli because of his sons. Eli's sons made themselves vile sinning against the Lord and he didn't restrain them. God then decided to judge his house because of the iniquity of his sons. May the Lord give a good and soft heart to repent from all mistakes and sins to partake in His glory. !
