ποΈ IS MY SOUL IN ALIGNMENT WITH GOD'S WILL?
The condition of our soul determines whether we are aligned with God's will, plan, and purpose. Our soul must come into agreement with what God desires rather than what we desire. Alignment positions us for what God wants to accomplish in our lives.
π§ ALIGN YOUR MIND
We need to get our minds in line with what God wants for our lives. Romans 12:2 teaches us not to conform to this world but to be transformed. True alignment begins with the renewing of the mind.
π ALIGN YOUR WILL
Aligning our will to God's will is difficult. In Luke 22:42, Jesus aligned His will to the will, plan, and purpose of God. Surrender requires bringing our own will under subjection to Him.
β€οΈ ALIGN YOUR DESIRES
One aligns their desires by delighting in the Lord. As we delight ourselves in Him, our desires begin to come into agreement with His purposes. God shapes our hearts as we pursue Him.
π ALIGN YOUR IDENTITY
Difficulty and hardship can begin to tarnish our identity. However, Jeremiah 1:5 reminds us that God has already perfected our identity in Him. We must see ourselves according to what God has spoken and established.
πΆ ALIGN YOUR WAYS
It is difficult to align our ways to the will, plan, and purpose of God. Trusting God wholeheartedly requires us to lay down our own ways and bring them into alignment with His. Surrender is necessary for obedience.
πΊ THE POTTER USES CHAOS TO PERFECT US
The potter had to break the clay in order to form it. God uses seasons of chaos to perfect what He has placed within us. Even brokenness becomes part of His process of formation.
π₯ BRING YOUR SOUL INTO SUBJECTION AND SURRENDER
Our soul needs to come under subjection and surrender. We must bring our soul into a position for what the Holy Spirit wants to perfect in us. Alignment creates room for His work to be completed within us.

God calls us to align our mind, will, desires, identity, and ways with His will, plan, and purpose. Though surrender is difficult, it positions our souls for the work of the Holy Spirit. As we submit ourselves to Him, He uses every season to perfect what He has placed within us.
