Happy Wesley Guild Wednesday!π
As we closed off Mental Health Awareness Month on 30 May, we took time to reflect on the importance of mental well-being through fellowship and meaningful connection.
We felt it was important to combine Comradeship with mental health awareness, reminding ourselves that conversations, connection, support, and understanding play a vital role in our overall well-being.
Through fun and interactive activities, Bible-based discussions, and shared experiences, we learned that we are not alone in our struggles and that God cares deeply about our mental, emotional, and spiritual health. We also reflected on how, even in the Bible, there were people who struggled with fear, anxiety, grief, and discouragement, reminding us that challenges are part of the human experience and that God remains present through them all.
May we continue to check in on one another, extend grace, and create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
