🌍✨ We are so excited to welcome you all tomorrow!

As we gather to discuss African Spirituality, we’d love for you to add a touch of Africa to your conference attire. Whether it’s a shirt, dress, scarf, jewellery, hat, fabric, or accessory, come ready to celebrate the rich diversity and beauty of our continent.

👀 Keep an eye out… if we spot your African-inspired attire in the crowd, you may receive a little something from us as a token of appreciation for joining in the fun!

📖 Conference Memory Verse

“See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deceit, based on human tradition, based on the elements of the world, rather than Christ.”
— Colossians 2:8

As we explore questions of identity, culture, and spirituality, may we remain firmly rooted in Christ and His Word.

We can’t wait to worship, learn, fellowship, and have meaningful conversations together.

See you tomorrow! 🌍🙌🏾

✨ SPOTLIGHT ON EAST MOUNTAIN ✨

What does it look like to invest in the next generation of Christian leaders?

East Mountain exists to develop Christian leaders who are lifelong learners, passionate disciple-makers, and active participants in God’s kingdom mission. Through leadership development, mentorship, spiritual formation, and discipleship, they are equipping believers to know God’s Word, grow in their identity in Christ, walk in step with the Spirit, and engage meaningfully in God’s work around the world.

Their approach focuses on holistic growth, authentic community, and kingdom partnership—helping leaders grow spiritually, theologically, and practically while learning in the context of meaningful relationships.

🌿 Programmes include:
• Residency Programme – A year-long leadership and discipleship journey for young adults aged 18–28.
• Trek Programme – A discipleship and leadership development process designed to strengthen churches and equip leaders.

💡 Questions you might ask:
• What does holistic leadership development look like in practice?
• Who is the Residency Programme designed for?
• How can churches benefit from the Trek Programme?
• How can young adults get involved in East Mountain’s ministry?

📍 Visit the East Mountain stand at the conference and learn more about how they are investing in the next generation of Christian leaders.

✨ SPOTLIGHT ON TGC AFRICA ✨

What does it look like when Christians across Africa are united by the gospel and equipped to engage the challenges of our continent with biblical wisdom?

The Gospel Coalition Africa (TGC Africa) exists to equip believers, pastors, church leaders, and the next generation of Christians to shape life and ministry around the gospel of Jesus Christ. Through articles, podcasts, sermons, conferences, and theological resources written by Africans for Africans, they are helping to strengthen churches and promote faithful gospel ministry across the continent. (TGC Africa)

TGC Africa is passionate about seeing the gospel applied to every area of life. Their platform addresses issues facing the African church today, including discipleship, mission, church leadership, theology, culture, work, and contemporary challenges from a distinctly biblical perspective. (TGC Africa)

As we prepare for our conference conversations on African Spirituality, TGC Africa brings an important voice to the discussion—encouraging Christians to think deeply, engage thoughtfully, and remain firmly rooted in Scripture while navigating the realities of African culture and society. (TGC Africa)

📖 Before Saturday, take some time to explore their resources and come prepared with questions.

💡 Some questions you might ask:
• What are the biggest challenges facing the African church today?
• How can churches better disciple believers in the context of African spirituality?
• What resources do they recommend for pastors and church leaders?
• How can young Christians engage culture without compromising the gospel?
• What opportunities exist for churches and ministries to partner with TGC Africa?
• How can Christians contribute to developing sound theological resources in Africa?

📍 Be sure to visit the TGC Africa stand at the conference, meet the team, and learn more about how they are serving the church across our continent.

Come ready to engage, learn, ask questions, and discover how God is raising up faithful gospel voices throughout Africa.

✨ SPOTLIGHT ON BEAUTIFUL GATE SOUTH AFRICA ✨

What does it look like when a community comes together to protect children, strengthen families, and bring lasting hope?

For more than 30 years, Beautiful Gate South Africa has been doing exactly that. Based in Philippi, Cape Town, they are a Christ-centred organisation committed to caring for and protecting children, empowering families, and mobilising communities to thrive. Their work focuses on child health, family strengthening, education, and community collaboration. (beautifulgatesouthafrica.org)

Beautiful Gate believes that children flourish best in strong families and healthy communities. Through practical support, education initiatives, family empowerment programmes, and community partnerships, they are helping to create a future where children are safe, valued, and given opportunities to thrive. (LinkedIn)

Before Saturday, we encourage you to take a few moments to learn more about their incredible work. Think about the questions you would like to ask and consider how you, your church, or your organisation might partner with them in bringing hope to vulnerable children and families.

💡 Questions to consider:
• How can local churches support their work?
• What are the greatest challenges facing families in their community?
• How can volunteers get involved?
• What impact have they seen over the last 30 years?
• How can Christians better support vulnerable children and families?

📍 Be sure to visit the Beautiful Gate stand at the conference and meet the team.

Together, let’s learn, engage, and explore how God is at work through organisations that are making a tangible difference in our communities.

Spotlight on : TRIGA Ventures

This week we’re shining a spotlight on TRIGA Ventures, a South African non-profit organisation that equips and supports Christian entrepreneurs across Africa to launch and grow businesses, non-profits, and social enterprises that address some of the continent’s biggest challenges. (trigaventures.org)

TRIGA believes that entrepreneurship can be a powerful force for restoration and positive change. Their work centres around what they call “Redemptive Entrepreneurship”—the idea that business and leadership can be used to serve people, strengthen communities, and bring lasting impact. (trigaventures.org)

Through programmes such as the Triga Academy, NextGen Founders Programme, and the Triga Accelerator, they provide entrepreneurs with mentorship, training, community, and access to networks that help ventures grow sustainably and effectively. (trigaventures.org)

The impact of their work is already being seen across Africa through ventures that create jobs, solve real-world problems, and contribute to economic growth and community development. (trigaventures.org)

Before Saturday

We encourage you to visit and explore:

TRIGA Ventures Website

As you read through their story, programmes, and impact, take some time to write down questions you’d like to ask their team.

Some questions to get you thinking:

* What inspired the founding of TRIGA Ventures?
* What is “Redemptive Entrepreneurship” and how does it work in practice?
* What types of businesses or ministries do they support?
* How do they measure impact beyond financial success?
* What opportunities are available for young entrepreneurs?
* How can churches partner with or support their work?
* What are some of the most inspiring success stories they’ve seen?
* How can someone become part of the TRIGA community?

The TRIGA team will have a stand at the conference, so be sure to stop by, meet them, learn more about their work, and ask your questions. We look forward to hearing the conversations that emerge!

Last year, we heard powerful stories from a panel who shared their experiences of persecution while on mission for the Lord.

Now, with only 17 days left, we gather again to hear from defenders of the faith who continue the mission of making disciples.

This year, both believers and non-believers are invited into the conversation as we engage honestly and thoughtfully on African spirituality, faith, identity, and culture.

Secure your ticket and don’t miss out on what promises to be a meaningful and transformative conversation.
