Langa Christian Church (LCC) is a young, vibrant and growing church with a desire to lay hold of what God has in store for us. Our vision “To become the local expression of God’s kingdom” was borne out of a sense of purpose and calling to express God’s kingdom i

n all areas of our lives. We strongly believe that God has a purpose for us in Cape Town and much more specifically in Langa. It is with this in mind that our programmes are geared towards ministering and equipping the total man to be able to respond to the challenges facing individuals and communities today. Leadership team consisting of various ministry leaders who together form the church Executive council lead the church. Our church activities are held in a multi-purpose facility at Isilimela High School in Langa. In the past 3 years we have experienced numerical and spiritual growth in the membership. To this extent we have embarked on a project to find a worship place that we could call our own and have appropriately named this “Project Solomon”

We also would like to take this time to invite you to join us for fellowship in one of our services. You will find our worship to be vibrant and exciting as we praise and exalt the name of Jesus our Lord and Saviour. We are excited to be serving and worshiping God in Langa, one of the historic and oldest townships in Cape Town, South Africa. Our Vision

Our vision “To become the local expression of God’s kingdom” was borne out of a sense of purpose and calling to express God’s kingdom in all areas of our lives. The driving force behind our vision is best captured in the following statements:

• Commitment to serve and worship God within a disadvantaged community
• Deep desire to make an impact in the local community
• Strong determination to plough back our skills, knowledge and resources in disadvantaged communities
