On Sunday 30th March, the District Apostle, Peter Lambert, conducted a divine service in Houtbay Heights.

The District Apostle was accompanied by Apostle Bradley Bourne, Bishop Grant James, and all the District Rectors of the Cape Coastal area.

The bible text of the day was taken out of Psalm 25:20 which reads, “Keep my soul, and deliver me; let me not be ashamed, for I put my trust in You".

After the choirs closing hymn, the District Apostle spent some time greeting the congregation and joined them in fellowship.

On Sunday the 23rd of March, the Divine Service was conducted by the District Rector, Godwin Jacobs, in preparation for the visit of our District Apostle, Peter Lambert.

The text of the day was taken out of Luke 6:36, which reads “Therefore, be merciful, just as your Father is also merciful”. 🙏🏽

The 2nd of February was a day of celebration for the church, as it welcomed the confirmands in joining the community of christ.

The word for this confirmation service was Philippians 2:4
“ Let each of you look not only for his own interests , but also for the interests of others.”
