Verse: 2 Samuel 22:2

‘The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer.’

- The Lord is the rock on which you can build your life.
- He is your fortress, your place of safety and your refuge.
- He is your great deliverer and nothing is too difficult for Him.
- Trust in Him, He can be completely depended upon.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You that in the storms and uncertainties of life, I can stand secure because You are my rock. I can run to You when I don’t know what to do and You will be my deliverer. Amen.

Jeremiah 17:7 (NLT)

‘Blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence.’

- Trusting in the Lord brings blessings into our lives.
- In an ever-changing world, it brings security because of His never-changing nature.
- Trusting in God brings security and peace in spite of how things may appear.
- However, it calls for a quality decision to make Him our hope and assurance.

PRAYER: Lord, no matter how my circumstances may look, I choose to place my hope and confidence in You. You are the One Who stands by me and therefore I will trust and not be afraid. AMEN 🙏

Verse: Psalm 143:10

‘Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God. May Your gracious Spirit lead me forward on a firm footing.’

- It is so important that we ask God to lead us and depend on His leading.
- As we follow the promptings of His Spirit, He moves us forward.
- He wants to take us from glory to glory and from strength to strength.
- Where He leads, brings us to a place of level ground and a firm footing.

PRAYER: Lord, please teach me to do and to follow Your will. Help me not just to do what I think is best, but help me to do what You know is best for me. Lead me forward and may I know what it means to stand secure in You.

- The Lord will hold you up and help you.
- Don’t let fear get a foothold in your life.
- Your God is with you and He will strengthen and sustain you.
- Be confident and boldly trust that the Lord will carry you.

PRAYER: Lord, how awesome it is to know that I am not alone and that You are right here with me. I have nothing to fear because You are holding me up and lifting me into Your arms. You will strengthen me and You will save me. Amen.
