🌟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 | 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲: 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 🌟

As we look back over the past few months, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the spiritual growth of our confirmands. From our refreshing 𝐁𝐮𝐡-𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤 ( https://www.facebook.com/share/r/18nYEE551U/ ) in March, where we grounded ourselves in the Ten Articles of Faith, to our deep dive into the weight of the 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐨𝐰 ( https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1JcmbeqGUY/ ) in April, the foundation is being firmly laid. We also remember the joy of May 10th, seeing our confirmands 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ( https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1B9EkThtYB/ ) as ushers, truly "pressing toward the goal".

Our focus recently has been on our Onboarding of Confirmands (OC) program, bridge-building into the Young People in Christ (YPiC) family.

✨ 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
* 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲: We explored our unique roles in the church, learning that we don’t need a title to do God’s work - "Many hands make God’s work lighter".
* 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 & 𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐠: Just last night, we discussed the power of 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 (like the upcoming 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐞𝟐𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 projects) and the importance of 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜, which allows us to praise and honor God with every note.

🚀 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝:
The journey continues! We are excited for tomorrow's 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐮𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐧 (June 7th) and the upcoming Sunday School Divine Service on June 14th. We remain "One Team with One Goal" as we head toward the big day.

There are only 𝟐𝟒𝟔 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 left until 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕!

Young People Serving Christ Tonight

𝐅𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 | 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 | 𝐛𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐦 | 𝟐𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘶𝘯𝘦 𝘎𝘰𝘥

On Sunday, 31 May, we gathered for a festive divine service celebrating Trinity Sunday, focusing on the mystery of the Holy Trinity and the nature of God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The service was conducted by our Rector Priest Jason Mitchell, and we were further enriched as Priest Jonathan Jood was also called upon to serve along.

The service was a profound experience of fellowship, enriched by the baptism of three children, the reinstatement of Deacon Kegan Meyer to serve the congregation, and a special 25th wedding anniversary blessing for Deacon Riccardo and Sister Deborah Hendricks.

📖 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭: 2 Corinthians 13:14 (NKJV) "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all."

💡 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞: The work and activity of the triune God are expressed in the closing benediction of the divine service.

📝 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
■ The Trinitarian benediction is a powerful divine promise.
■ The blessing is addressed first and foremost to us personally, yet it must also have an impact on those around us.
■ The blessing of God encourages us to live our lives as true Christians.

🎵The divine service concluded majestically with the rendition of “Praise, honour, thanks”, Hymn No. 223 from the Choir Hymn Collection, performed by the choir and organ. Thereafter, the Rector and the Anniversary couple extended warm greetings to the congregation. Activities continued with parents conducting Sunday school, while Thanksgiving preparations commenced with a recorder lesson for the ministers. The day left the congregation with a profound sense of peace, grace, and renewed fellowship.

𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲, 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 | 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 💙

What a Saturday we had as Windsor Park Congregation.

As we prepared our hearts for Pentecost, we came together, not just as a congregation, but as family. The laughter, the conversations, the shared meals, the kids running around… it was fellowship in its purest form.

We also had the joy of supporting our entrepreneurial members and their stalls. From handmade crafts to delicious treats, it was inspiring to see gifts and talents being shared and celebrated among us.

Pentecost reminds us that the Spirit moves when we are together in one accord. And on Saturday, you could feel it. High spirits, warm embraces, and the simple joy of being united and uplifting one another.

Thank you to every hand that helped, every stallholder who shared their work, and every heart that showed up.

Our prayer is that the same unity and support we felt at Family Day and Pentecost continues into the future.

🌿 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 🌿

Last night, Windsor Park Congregation came together for a beautiful evening of fellowship as we prepared our hearts for Pentecost.

It was a night filled with the tangible presence of the Holy Spirit. We lifted our voices together in hymns centered on Pentecost and the Holy Spirit, and the presence of God was deeply felt in our worship.

We were also blessed by heartfelt reflections shared by both members and ministers. Each testimony spoke of personal faith journeys — reminders of how the Holy Spirit moves, guides, and sustains us in everyday life.

A key encouragement was to keep the gift of the Spirit active in our lives, letting it shape our words and actions.

More than a gathering, it was a coming together in unity and faith. We sang, we worshiped, we listened, and together we expressed deep gratitude for the awesome gift of the Holy Spirit that we’ve all received.

Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to such a warm, Spirit-filled evening. As we look toward Pentecost Sunday, may we carry this same unity, joy, and thankfulness into the days ahead.
