There's a verse endiyithandayo pha ku John 10:16.
And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd.” 📖🙏🏼📖
To me, John 10:16 is an awesome verse in the middle of an awesome chapter. And not that there are chapters of the Bible that are not awesome, but this picture in John 10:16 of Jesus as a good shepherd who lays down his life for his sheep, who when a thief comes to steal and kill and destroy, Jesus comes so we might have life and have it abundantly, John 10:10. Jesus has come to save us from our sins to satisfy us, to care for us, to protect us, to shepherd our souls. That’s the imagery we see all over this chapter. And then you get to John 10:16, and Jesus says that he has other sheep that are not of this fold, that he will bring in to the flock with him as shepherd.

Bangcwele this verse should reminds Us of the Great Commission. The Good Shepherd is bringing sheep into His fold from all over the world. He has commissioned us. May we be faithful to take this good news of the Savior to the ends of the earth. Oh! How I think of Saint Nicholas Bengu. 😭 Who preached the gospel. To be called is not a child's play. I applaud those who play the part of being called in the Church, if I were them, I'd repent and commit myself into Christ Jesus. And stop playing. For this is tough. Especially when God demands your attention while you had other personal issues of life. And you aught to obey your Master. The Bible often mentions people being called by God for a specific ministry or service. Paul was called by God: “Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God” (Romans 1:1; cf. 1 Corinthians 1:1). The Old Testament priests were called by God to their special work (Hebrews 5:4; cf. Exodus 28:1). To be called by God is to be chosen by God for certain purposes. When a person is aware of that call and surrenders to it, he or she starts living out God’s purpose for him or her (see Jeremiah 1:4–5; Isaiah 49:1; Galatians 1:15).

Bangcwele we are called for specific roles in the Church. God called the entire nation of Israel to be “a kingdom of priests and a holy nation” (Exodus 19:6). The church, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, is similarly called: “You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth” (Revelation 5:10). God’s calling of Israel was to showcase God’s salvation to the pagan world. But because Israel rejected that call and followed idols, they never flourished in the way God wanted to prosper them. His call now is to all those redeemed by the blood of Jesus to showcase to our world God’s mercy, grace, and salvation (Hebrews 12:14; Matthew 5:16). God is far more involved with His universe than some would like to think. Isaiah 46:9–11 is the cornerstone passage that removes all doubt about God’s sovereignty.

Even though He has given humankind the freedom to make choices, His choices have already been made (Exodus 33:19; Romans 9:10–18). “God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable” (Romans 11:29). We are called by God to salvation. In fact, isiGrike sithi igama elithi, “church” in the New Testament means “a called-out assembly (iBandla elibiziweyo).” The call to salvation involves conforming us “to the image of his Son.” His election and call to salvation are part of an eternal plan for us that guarantees our inheritance in heaven: “And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified” (Romans 8:29–30). After salvation, we are further called to grow in Christian virtue and serve God by good works; in fact, it is this maturation process that confirms our calling by God (2 Peter 1:5–10). God gives us spiritual gifts to aid us in our call to service. The Holy Spirit distributes the gifts as He sees fit and then calls us into a field of service that utilizes those gifts (1 Corinthians 12:1–11).

For example, a young man may begin to have a burden for a particular foreign nation and its people. That burden was placed there by the Lord as part of His calling. The young man then begins to study that nation and enrolls in a missions-focused school. Once on the mission field, he is willing to suffer hardships and separation from family and friends because the call of God is his greatest motivation. Paul wrote, “I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel” (1 Corinthians 9:16). God had placed a call on Paul’s life from the moment he was converted (Acts 9:15–16). That call became his motivating force. Jonah was called by God but refused to surrender to that call; instead, he ran the other way (Jonah 1:1–3). The Lord pursued His disobedient servant until Jonah submitted himself to the call. Knowing of Jonah’s disobedience beforehand, God had already prepared a great fish to swallow him and spit him out when he was humbled enough to repent (Jonah 1:17—2:1).

After Jonah was back on dry land, the word of the Lord came to him again with the same call, giving him another chance to obey. This time, Jonah did. God is patient with His children, working with us until we see things aright. Every Christian has a calling on his or her life. We were designed before the foundation of the world to be His workmanship, glorifying Him as we bring forth the fruit He desires (Ephesians 1:4–5; 2:10). God’s specific call to service usually begins with a burden for a particular need that relates to the kingdom of God. Some are called to the political arena or to end human trafficking. Others are called to be pastors, teachers, worship leaders, Bible translators, or to a host of other avenues that honor the Lord. Each one utilizes the gifts the Spirit has given.

We discover our call to a specific area of service by walking closely with the Lord, practicing obedience, and offering ourselves as living sacrifices (Romans 12:1–2; Colossians 1:10). As we develop sensitivity to His voice, we move forward with what we know. When our hearts are set to obey the Lord, He confirms His call in a variety of ways: godly counsel, natural gifting, fruitful results, Scripture, and a sense of “rightness” that does not conflict with any of the other confirmations. In following the call of God, we must be sure to obey His instructions in Scripture. When we are faithful to the call to obedience, He can call us to more specific areas (see Luke 16:10).

Isaiah 45 verse 2 and 3. Says, “Ndim ngokwam oya kukutshayelela;
iinduli neentaba ndosuka ndizilebele,
amasango enziwe ngobhedu ndiwakroboze,
nemivalo yentsimbi ndiyivuthulule.
3Ndokunika ubutyebi obunqatyisiweyo;
ewe, obugcinwe kwiindawo ezifihlakeleyo.
Uya kutsho uqonde ukuba ndinguNdikhoyo uThixo kaSirayeli; 🙏📖🙏

Masivane apha ke kuqala. Ezizithembiso zenziwa kuThixo, uzenza kubantu bakhe abamnqulayo nabayithobelayo intando yakhe. Nabasathinjiweyo. Ayixabanisi lonyaniso. When we say God shall make you prosper, sisube sixela abo bamoyikayo uYehova uThixo. So in these verses we will talk about how God made Cyrus successful king. Here’s the crazy thing. God actually takes credit for raising up this ruthless conqueror who worshipped Marduk! Kaloku He is God. Uthi uThixo, “I... anointed you for this job. I strengthened your hand [held your hand through it]... I go before you [to make it easy for you to conquer the world. I name you... I help/equip/strengthen you [as opposed to ungirding the other kings]... I do all of this... I created it all.”

Esi sisprofetho from Isaiah to Cyrus. And it came through. You can buy your security doors and bolts, but if God wants to bring another Cyrus through, those bolts won’t protect you. Your only security is in knowing if the God that controls good and evil loves you or not. Another remarkable thing to keep in mind is that although this prophecy was written before Isaiah’s death around 700 B.C., it was fulfilled in detail in the 530’s B.C. – almost two hundred years later!
History has born out that there was indeed a man named Cyrus who easily conquered the Persian world.
Verse 2 talks about doors of bronze and bars of iron.
The ancient historian Herodotus wrote that Babylon had 100 brass gates with brass posts and lintels.

Bese u verse 3 talks about Cyrus receiving treasures that had been stored away in secret places. Obethu ubutyebi abukabonakali. Kodwa the time comes, God will show it off. Noba kukwizizukulwana zethu. For now sisaphathiswe iZwi Lakhe, elifuna our full commitment. The Scholars say, "when Croesus saw Cyrus, he said: "I salute you, my sovereign lord; for fortune grants that henceforth you should bear this title and I address you by it." "Listen, then, Croesus," said he. "I observe that my soldiers have gone through many toils and dangers and now are thinking that they are in possession of the richest city in Asia, next to Babylon; and I think that they deserve some reward. There is a reward Bangcwele. Keep moving.

Amandla ethu akulowo wasibizayo Bangcwele. Akoyiswa yena. Ungamandla ukukuphila kuthi. Uthi, for I know that if they do not reap some fruit of their labours, I shall not be able to keep them in obedience very long. Now, I do not wish to abandon the city to them to plunder; for I believe that then the city would be destroyed, and I am sure that in the pillaging the worst men would get the largest share."
"Well," said Croesus on hearing these words, "permit me to say to any Lydians that I meet that I have secured from you the promise not to permit any pillaging nor to allow the women and children to be carried off, and that I, in return for that, have given you my solemn promise that you should get from the Lydians of their own free will everything there is of beauty or value in Sardis. Buyimfihlelo obethu ubutyebi. Hallelujah 🖐🏻.

I just want to give you this. And this is for those who need it. I'm gonna put a picture of a shepherd below this content, so you may see why we all need to be convoyed. I am that human who writes everything that comes to my mind. Whether it comes as vision of a dream or of The Spirit of God. So that if needs to be heard by an individual ayive. In most cases I talk about the gospel of Christ. Today kuyafika ukuba ndithethe ngoMelusi weziMvu zikaThixo (Pastors). When someone begins to talk or write about the organization of the church, eyes often begin to glaze over and attention wanders. Church organization is not thought to be the most practical or ministry-minded topic. After all, who is excited to learn about committee structures or meeting minutes? But the reality is that the organization of the church is a means that King Jesus uses to disciple His people and to bring the gospel to a lost and needy world.

Mhla uYesu enyukela kuBawo ezulwini, He did not leave His children as orphans (John 14:18); rather, He established a structure by which the Holy Spirit would work through men to build up the church. This involves the calling, equipping, and ordaining of pastors (Eph. 4:11), elders (Acts 14:23; Titus 1:5), and deacons (Acts 6) in the church. The Lord Jesus Christ commissioned His church to bring the gospel of grace to the world (Matt. 28:18–20) and the path of every Christian culminates in the corporate worship of God for all eternity (Rev. 21). Thus, we need the gifts that Jesus has given to the church, including pastors and teachers, to fulfill this mission. There are three main reasons why we need pastors: first, Pastors bring us the Word of God; second, pastors encourage us in our walk with Christ; and third, Pastors equip us to do ministry. It should not surprise us that each of these needs corresponds to a provision from Christ.

Sanubazonda abazibizanga. I quote Bible verse so we may all have a chance to go and read. And see why we should tolerate em and admire their presence at our local Churches. The most important reason we need Pastors is because Christ has commanded them to be heralds of the Word of God. It is foundational to the office of pastor to deliver, expound, and explain God’s Word to His people. This task is so foundational that it is common to refer to a Pastor as “preacher.” As our Mediator, Christ reveals to us by His Word the will of God so that we might be saved (John 20:31) and grow in grace as children of God (Acts 20:32). In the present age, Christ does this through the foolishness of preaching and preachers (1 Cor. 1:21). In a way that is similar in many respects to the role of the Old Testament prophets, pastors bring God’s Word to His people through preaching. The main difference is that pastors do not bring forth direct, new revelation from God. Instead, they study God’s Word and teach it to God’s people so that God’s people will know who God is and how and why they should obey Him.

In this way, they are like the leaders in the book of Nehemiah, who not only read the law of God but also “gave the sense, so that the people understood the reading” (Neh. 8:8). We have examples throughout the book of Acts of pastors teaching God’s Word, including Peter before the crowds and Paul in Ephesus. This preaching and teaching role was not confined to the Apostles, as Paul directed Timothy and Titus to this task (2 Tim. 2:2; Titus 2:15) and encouraged hearers of the Word to provide for their teachers (Gal. 6:6). Paul understood that it was critical for Pastors to bring God’s Word to His people, and he gave an example for all pastors who have followed him. A Pastor must never “shrink from declaring . . . the whole counsel of God” (Acts 20:27), and must speak “not in plausible words of wisdom, but in " " of the Spirit and of power, so that [the people’s] faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God” (1 Cor. 2:4–5).

Yesterday I was in Mqanduli with beloveds of abahlali. Ndiphume apho ndinikwe about four job titles. Ebinkqenkqeza phambili ibeligqwetha kwalandela unontlalo ndangu titshala kwagqibela ubupolisa. No one could sense that I'm a Pastor. I love it. Ngoba to me being a Pastor is just a title of this world. KuYehova I AM THE SON. I'M HIS HEIR. I'M A SERVANT OF HIS WORD. I therefore can not brag about that title. Yet the community was able to define the celestrial mandate in me. Because Jesus became a Lawyer to that woman yayizoxulutywa ngamatye. He couldn't pass njeee ngathi akaboni, when people are in need of His help. And He left is with the Security, the Police who is watching over us 24 seven 365. Izolo khandicinge kanje. Ngoku yonke lanto ithi thaaaa.

Sometimes preaching is not only how we share the history of Paul, Abraham and so forth, but it is practicing a profound definition of gospel. Theory vs practice. Most people think ziyafana. Kanti not at all. Theoretical knowledge means learning anything without adopting practical approach. It helps you understand why one technique is successful while the other fails. Like the Word of God. It helps us to "understand" more of who God is. Theory teaches you the experience of others, like Paul and other Saints who fear God. Theoretical knowledge can give you a deeper understanding of a concept through seeing it in the context of understanding the why behind it.

And then we come to practical. Yona ke it makes you capable enough to know how things happen in the real world. When you talk about miracles and other devine wonders of the Holy Ghost, you know what you’re talking about. You are no longer understanding now, you know. And what we know will remain in our mind for we have seen it or we have experienced it. Get to know God better, ukuze ubudle ilifa ubumkani bamazulu uphila emhlabeni. Forget about those who don't believe in Christ. COLOSSIANS 2:6–7 says,
“Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving” 🙏🏼📖🙏🏼

So, practically speaking, that which is principally required of us when we encounter aberrant teaching is to remain in the faith that was delivered fully and finally to God’s people. This can be a hard concept to grasp, for often we read passages like Jude 3 and believe contending for the faith begins with learning all that we can about a false teaching or teacher in order to offer a refutation. Certainly there is a place for this as a part of what it means to give an answer for the hope that is within us (1 Peter 3:14–16). But the first step is always to be solidly grounded in the orthodoxy we have received, for only then will we have a foundation to stand upon as we combat error.

1 Kings 22:34. But one man drew a bow at [c]random and struck the king of Israel in a joint of the armor. So he said to the driver of his chariot, “Turn around and take me out of the fight, because I have been seriously wounded.” 🙏🏼📖🙏🏼. Befundisi beLizwi likaThixo sanukoyika uk*mxelela uThixo ukuthi, "how tough it is to admit when your flesh is wounded. It better to sit down and have a deeper conversation with Him about your weakness. He knew it before He ordained you as a Church Minister. He won't leave nor forsake you. He is God Who keeps His promises. The army is at risk now because of our wickedness. Lanto ethi for as long bengekandibhaqi makhabe ndiqhuba. Iyalilimaza iBandla. Sithetha esikwaziyo. Vuthulula kuqala bonke ubuvuvu ozibhaqe uthe gabhu kubo kulowo wakubizayo. Bese ubuyela kuThixo se uhlamekile.

Remember that, what we preach is powerful God trusted that we serve Him through His Word or Message. Onke amandla akhe aseZwini lakhe. So if we preach while wounded, we may give birth to injured warriors. Who won't even see the coming of an enemy. The Blood of Jesus washes away. Jesus came because of that separation between us and God. He wanted to take care of the sin problem. When Jesus died on the cross and bore our sin, something amazing happened. He made it possible for us to be reconnected with God. When we ask Jesus into our hearts, something changes in our lives. The sin we have in our lives is washed away. Jesus’ blood was spilled on the cross for you and I to be washed as white as snow. In the Bible it says, “without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin.” When God looks at us now, He doesn’t see our sin.

He sees us like Jesus, clear and perfect in His sight! That's why we should normalize repentance. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and His word is not in us. That verse is found in 1 John 1 uqala pha koo verse 7 or 8. Mayingaweli ezandleni zethu magorha akwa Krestu. Help us Lord! 🙏🏼

Luke 24: 48 Nina ke ningamangqina ezi zinto. 49Niyabona, mna ndilinika nina idinga likaBawo. Ze nihlale ke eJerusalem nide nixhotyiswe ngamandla avela phezulu.”🙏🏼📖🙏🏼. Amplified version says, "Listen carefully: I am sending the Promise of My Father [the Holy Spirit] upon you; but you are to remain in the city [of Jerusalem] until you are clothed (fully equipped) with power from on high.” 🙏🏼📖🙏🏼
Less 30 years ago God called me. I was just a young born again child of God who was a committed Christ follower. Who demanded God's intervention on my sexuality issues. But God I found out that God had plans for my life. I just want to encourage young blood of today. Who may be going through the process of God's calling. The hardest part was that God came in vision and in a dream. No one could hear Him except me. I had no witnesses. No one could interpret my dreams and visions. I had to remain until I am fully equipped with the power from high.

Do you know the story of Saul? Don't ever underestimate God's power. Saul was chosen by the revered judge and prophet Samuel, under the direction of God, to be the first king of Israel. Saul was also supported and accepted by the Israelite tribes for his kingly stature and military ability. In 1 Samuel 8, the people of Israel said they wanted a king, even though the prophet Samuel counseled them against it. Chapter 9 in 1 Samuel teaches us how much the Lord loves His people when we realize that even though the people of Israel did not follow the Lord’s counsel, He still helped them by inspiring His prophet to choose and train a king for them. As you read, look for what you can learn about callings from the Lord. So kwabayintando yabantu ukubekwa kwakhe. And God sent Prophet Samuel to anoint Saul. For God loved His people. Abantu babona okuvele phambi kwamehlo abo. UYehova uThixo ubona okufihlakeleyo k*mehlo abantu. That's why we should be careful of playing the salvation. We can play black mapatile but no gospel.

Jesus said to them, "Listen carefully: I am sending the Promise of My Father [the Holy Spirit] upon you; but you are to remain in the city [of Jerusalem] until you are clothed (fully equipped) with power from on high". Lindela amandla ezethembiso zikaBawo. To equip you with the power from high. Not ukuhamba ngokuthanda kwakho. Wabhatyaza phi uSaul? 👉🏼 The shifting of heart and focus to himself made Saul sin by building a monument to himself (1 Samuel 15:12) and this leadership orientation of self-fulfilment led to Saul's need for praise and acknowledgment of the magnitude of his accomplishments. His own reputation became the focus of Saul's leadership. Therefore, Saul experienced a change in the purpose of life: he forgot about his origin and the purpose for which God had appointed him as king (1 Samuel 12:13-15). Saul even dared to oppose God by making David -who was approved of by God - his enemy (Samuel 18:28-29).Saul's leadership as a failure of leadership was coloured by stories that highlighted Saul 's selfishness: Saul waging war without God's command and seeking to prove he was great (1 Samuel 13:1-4), out of ambition, willing to sacrifice others (1 Samuel 14:45), his deep hatred (1 Samuel 20:32-33), seeking praise ( 1 Samuel 15:1-3), and violating God's provisions (1 Samuel 15:7-8).

Waye selfish, Saul also justified himself for every mistake he made. Selibele ngoku ukuthobela uThixo ezibona inguye uThixo. Masingaxhineli izinto ezikude nedinga lika Thixo. Masilinde de sembathiswe ingubo eNgcwele kaThixo ukuze suwuve uMoya usikhokelela endaweni ephezulu. Singamangqina ezi zinto ngoba zenzekile sazibona. Aziphelelanga kooPeter nooJohn. Hallelujah 👨‍🦯
