𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝘂𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵

On Sunday, 10 May, we gathered for a blessed Divine Service conducted by Priest Sheldon Sauls. Drawing from Philippians 3:13–14, the sermon encouraged us to remain focused on the journey of faith, leave the past behind, and continue pressing forward toward God’s purpose for our lives, no matter what challenges may come our way.

After the service, the celebration continued as we honoured our mothers with a special Mother’s Day programme and fellowship. Despite the cold and rainy weather outside, the atmosphere inside was filled with warmth, love, laughter, and gratitude. It was wonderful to see everyone come together to appreciate the incredible mothers in our congregation.

As a small expression of our appreciation, each mother received a gift. We are so grateful for the love, sacrifices, and care our mothers give so freely every day. During the divine service , Priest Sauls shared a beautiful reminder with both the young and "old" children — that one of the greatest gifts we can give our mothers is obedience and love. It was a simple but meaningful message for us all.

To all our mothers, thank you for being such a blessing to us all. We thank God for the important role mothers play in our families, our church and our lives.

𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱

Yesterday, Sunday 3 May, was such a big
moment for our young people.

The first Young People Divine Service in the new district took place at the Valhalla Park Congregation NAC — and our young people were right there in the mix.

From all the feedback… they had an amazing, blessed time! The energy, the vibe, the whole experience — just something special.

Our children were blessed today—guided by dedicated ministers, their Sunday School experience was filled with joy, meaning and moments that will stay with them long after the day ends.

𝗣𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Yesterday our Rector shared some wonderful news with us! As part of the build-up to Pentecost, visiting District Apostles will be conducting midweek Divine Services at various venues across the greater Cape Town area on 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟮𝟬 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 has been invited to attend the divine service at New Apostolic Church - Bonteheuwel Central that will be conducted by 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗞𝘂𝗯𝘂𝗸𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗸𝗼, whose area of responsibility includes Zambia, Malawi and Zimbabwe.

This is a very special opportunity for us and we can already look forward to this blessing, together as a congregation.
