Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist with 3 years of experience to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role is perfect for a proactive professional looking to advance their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and On-boarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations.
- Ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
4. Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs.
- Coordinate employee development programs.
5. HR Administration:
- Manage HR-related documentation and data entry.
- Generate HR reports as required.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
