Looking back over the years of serving as a pastor, one thing stands out above everything else โ€” God has been faithful. Every single time. There were seasons of abundance, where the presence of God was so tangible you could almost touch it. And there were hard seasons, moments of doubt, exhaustion, and wondering if the work was making any difference at all. But in every single one of those moments, God showed up. Not always in the way I expected, but always in the way I needed.
I've watched broken people find healing. I've seen families restored. I've sat with people in their darkest nights and witnessed the dawn come. None of that was my doing, it was the goodness of a God who loves His people far more than any pastor ever could.
Ministry will humble you. It will stretch you beyond what you think you can bear. But it will also show you a side of God you could never discover any other way.
To anyone who has been part of this journey โ€” thank you. You have been one of the ways God has shown His goodness to me.
"Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life." โ€” Psalm 23:6

What an incredible weekend of fellowship! ๐Ÿ™
We gathered to explore the powerful message of Micah 7:8 - "Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light."
The fellowship, encouragement, and hope we shared together was truly uplifting. Even in our struggles, we're reminded that God is our light and He lifts us up.
Grateful for this community and the way we can strengthen each other's faith. ๐Ÿ’›

Romans 4 Reflection ๐Ÿ™
Abraham believed God's promise for a child when it seemed impossible, and that faith was credited to him as righteousness. Not his good works, not his religious performance, but simple trust in God's promises.
Paul shows us that righteousness has always come through faith, not what we do. Abraham believed in "the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not."
Same God, same method today. When life feels impossible, when God's promises seem distant - that's when faith matters most. God is still the One who brings life from death and creates something from nothing.
Our standing before God isn't based on our performance, but on His faithfulness.

Reflecting on this incredible journey of ministry and feeling overwhelmed by God's grace. Every day I'm reminded that He doesn't call the equipped - He equips the called. In my weaknesses, His strength shines brightest. In my uncertainties, His wisdom guides the way. What a privilege to serve in the work He's placed before me, knowing that every breakthrough, every life touched, every moment of impact is purely His grace at work through imperfect hands. Grateful beyond words for this calling and the God who makes all things possible. ๐Ÿ™

It has been a while since I shared a post and today i would like to share with you about Living in Response to God's Goodness ๐Ÿ™
"What shall I return to the Lord for all his goodness to me?" - Psalm 116:12
This question from the psalmist hits me every time. When I really stop and think about God's incredible goodness in my life - His daily provision, His patience with my failures, His grace that never runs out - I'm left wondering: How do I even begin to respond to that kind of love?
The beautiful truth is that God doesn't need anything from us. He's not waiting for us to "pay Him back" for His goodness. But when we truly encounter His heart toward us, gratitude just overflows naturally.
โœจ We love because He first loved us (1 John 4:19)
God's goodness isn't just something we admire from a distance - it's meant to transform how we live. When we're secure in His perfect love, we're free to extend that same goodness to others. When we know we're held by unshakeable grace, we can offer grace freely.

Some practical ways I'm learning to live in response to His goodness:
Starting each day remembering one specific way God has been good to me
Looking for opportunities to be His hands and feet to someone who needs kindness
Choosing gratitude over complaint, even in small moments
Letting His goodness toward me fuel how I treat my family, coworkers, even strangers

The psalmist's question isn't really about earning or repaying - it's about the heart response of someone who has been overwhelmed by love. When we truly "taste and see that the Lord is good" (Psalm 34:8), our whole life becomes a thank-you note.
What's one way you've experienced God's goodness lately? And how is it changing the way you love others? ๐Ÿ’•

Today, I celebrate another year of life, embraced by the endless goodness of the Lord. As I reflect on my journey, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for how He has guided my path and called me into His ministry.
Each step of my spiritual journey has been marked by His faithfulness. Through valleys and mountaintops, His presence has been my constant companion. The moments when I felt most lost were precisely when His direction became most clear, gently revealing the purpose He had designed for me before time began.
Being called into ministry wasn't always the path I envisioned, yet it has become the greatest privilege of my life. To serve others, to share His word, to be a vessel of His love and graceโ€”these are gifts beyond measure. I'm humbled that He would choose me, with all my imperfections, to participate in His divine work.
Looking ahead to the years to come, I embrace the beautiful uncertainty that comes with following His lead. I don't know what challenges and joys await, but I know who holds my future. I pray for continued wisdom to discern His voice, courage to follow where He calls, and a heart that remains tender to the needs of others.
May this next year be one of deeper communion with Him, greater impact in ministry, and abundant joy in serving. May I decrease so that He might increase, and may everything I do bring glory to His name.
Here's to another year of walking in His purpose, growing in His grace, and witnessing His faithfulness unfold in ways I cannot yet imagine.
