It’s Easter week, a time to self search before we stuff ourselves with some Easter eggs. Which family am I representing here on earth? Adam l( sin and death) or Christ(new creation and righteousness). For us to be disentangled from our inheritance in Adam we need to die and leave Adam in the grave so that we can claim our identity with Christ in His death. In this season, may we pass from the old family tree of Adam into the new family tree of Christ. When we were born first time of a woman, we were in Adam. We were all in the loins of Adam when he ate the apple and by his sin death passed upon all of us. Thank God for Jesus Christ, in Christ we are all made righteous and are partakers of His life. This new position in Christ family tree liberates us from death, sin, the law and the flesh. Being move to Christ family tree is more, much more, it is a new way of living, a new purpose for existence. May we all represent Christ well here on earth.
