Revive us Lord
1. Pray for the restoration of authoritative power- repossession of territories.
God’s Original intent was for the mankind to have dominion over all creation(the seas, air space and the land)
“God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. [Ps. 104:30; Heb. 1:2; 11:3.]”
-Genesis 1 : 26
2. Pray for the eradication of inferiority complex.
“Every place upon which the sole of your foot shall tread, that have I given to you, as I promised Moses.
-Joshua 1 : 3
3. Pray for the resuscitation and re-ignition of faith amongst the believers.
“For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith.
-1 John 5 : 4
4 Pray for courageous believers to effectively and efficiently execute God’s assignment.
“Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely (without pay) you have received, freely (without charge) give.
-Matthew 10 : 8
5. Pray for the church to agree on its mandate- the power of agreement compels the heaven to act.
Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven.
-Matthew 18 : 19
6. Pray for the church to engage in covenantal agreement - reclaiming territories.
“If we say, We will enter the city–then the famine is in the city, and we shall die there; and if we sit still here, we die also. So now come, let us go over to the army of the Syrians. If they spare us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall but die.
-2 Kings 7 : 4
DAY 3. PRAYER POINTS
1. Repent from the spirit of familiarity
Ezekiel 2:5 NLT
[5] And whether they listen or refuse to listen—for remember, they are rebels—at least they will know they have had a prophet among them.
Familiarity is defined as knowing something or someone in such a way to cause you to lose your admiration, your respect or your sense of awe.
Mark 6:5 TPT
[5] He was unable to do any great miracle in Nazareth, except to heal a few sick people by laying his hands upon them.
2. Repent against the spirit of complacency/ auto-pilot
a feeling of calm satisfaction with your own abilities or situation that prevents you from trying harder:
Ezekiel 9:9 NKJV
[9] Then He said to me, “The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great, and the land is full of bloodshed, and the city full of perversity; for they say, ‘The Lord has forsaken the land, and the Lord does not see!’
Revelation 2:2-5 NKJV
[2] “I know your works, your labor, your patience, and that you cannot bear those who are evil. And you have tested those who say they are apostles and are not, and have found them liars; [3] and you have persevered and have patience, and have labored for My name’s sake and have not become weary.
[4] Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. [5] Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent.
3. Repent from the spirit of laziness our presence in the city it's not felt.
Ezekiel 13:4-5 NLT
[4] “O people of Israel, these prophets of yours are like jackals digging in the ruins. [5] They have done nothing to repair the breaks in the walls around the nation. They have not helped it to stand firm in battle on the day of the Lord.
4. Ask God for a responsive heart
Ezekiel 11:19 NLT
[19] And I will give them singleness of heart and put a new spirit within them. I will take away their stony, stubborn heart and give them a tender, responsive heart,
II Thessalonians 3:5 NKJV
[5] Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.
5 . Pray for leaders and all ministers to be committed to the work of the God/ministry
Ezekiel 14:3 NLT
[3] “Son of man, these leaders have set up idols in their hearts. They have embraced things that will make them fall into sin. Why should I listen to their requests?
6. Pray for the church to be faithful to God
Ezekiel 15:8 NLT
[8] And I will make the land desolate because my people have been unfaithful to me. I, the Sovereign Lord, have spoken!”
7. Praying against turning the blessing of God into a curse
Ezekiel 16:15-16 NLT
[15] “But you thought your fame and beauty were your own. So you gave yourself as a pr******te to every man who came along. Your beauty was theirs for the asking. [16] You used the lovely things I gave you to make shrines for idols, where you played the pr******te. Unbelievable! How could such a thing ever happen?
8. Repent against the spirit of sexual immortality
1 Corinthians 6:18-20 NLT
[18] Run from sexual sin! No other sin so clearly affects the body as this one does. For sexual immorality is a sin against your own body. [19] Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, [20] for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.
9. Watchmen must be armed with the Word of God for spiritual warfare
Ezekiel 9:1 NKJV
[1] Then He called out in my hearing with a loud voice, saying, “Let those who have charge over the city draw near, each with a deadly weapon in his hand.”
Ephesians 6:17 NKJV
[17] And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
Hebrews 4:12 NKJV
[12] For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
