Dear Pastor Your heart must be elastic. Heart elasticity helps you to enjoy the good but also handle the bad.Ours is business that include being ubused n misused and it's your elastic approach that will make you survive. You will encounter ungrateful, bitter, forgetful, unforgiving and vengeful people without elasticity, you will crumble under the weight of people's mistreatment of you and we will visit you in hospital because of BP and depression issu. When you are in the Pastorate, You are excited because everyone in the church likes you. You've not experienced a church split, leadership rebellion or resign etc and so you might think it's forever like that till one day you are hit and you want to resign.

A person's great accomplishment may well be helping other accomplish great things. Likewise a person greatest failure may be preventing others from achieving greatness .Deliah played a minor role in Samson's life , but her effect was devastating for she influenced him to betray his special calling from God . Motiveted by greed Delilah used her persistance to wear down Samson . His infatuation with her made Samson a valnerable target fot all his physical strength . He was no mtch for her and he paid a great price for giving into her .Delilah is never mntioned again in the Bible . He unfaithfuness to Somson broght ruin to his life and to the people .Are you helped by knowing you? Do thy find that knowing you challenges them to be the best thing can be? Even more importent ,Does knowing you helped their relationship to God? What do you demand for thier time and attention to be them about you re real care for you ? Are you willing to be God's intrument in the lives of others?
