to see the body of Christ coming together in local and national out reach projects !!

TBOC stands on the word of God and therefore believes it is important to be firmly planted within the local church. "Be built in as living stones" (your place in the body is of the utmost importance)

We can only truly come together in unity if this be the way we stand in our own spiritual houses.

Good day to one and all!
We honor our heavenly Father God and,
invite you to join in the second sprint of "Project clean up Sunward Park".
When: 28th November 2015.

Assembly point: Sunward Park Centre, Cnr Duiker Rd & Kingfisher Rd, Kingfisher Ave, Boksburg (right opposite Sunward Park hospital, towards the back parking area)
Time: 10:00 -13:00pm

- please make sure to wear protective clothing as our summer sun is out. - black refuge bags. - gloves. - water (a MUST have). We strive to bring the body of Christ together as one, emails have been sent out to local churches (your collective prayers will be appreciated).

We honor God and those who made their time available for "Project clean up" yesterday !!

It was a massive success !!

We set out from the woolworths parking area on Kingfisher Sunward Park, and were immediately put to work in the area around Kingfisher and Trichards road.

It has become very clear that we will need as many hands as possible for this task !!

And we look forward to seeing many congregations coming together as one!!

We are one body !!

The next "Project clean up" will take place towards the last weekend of November, we trust to see you there. (Details will be provided)

Saturday marks the start of a heavenly birthed vision from God,
Seeing the flock of God truly coming together.
Sunward park will be a good place to kick off "TBOC's Project clean up"
We are trusting our heavenly father for many outreaches to follow ! Thinking of the area of Boksburg town, we will need all the help we can get to go out, humbly, making an impact !!

TBOC launches 31st October with our first official outreach. "Project clean up" - Sunward Park Boksburg. What is TBOC
(THE BODY OF CHRIST) the church moving as one!
1 COR 12:12. We are many, yet we are one! .TBOC endeavors to be a interdenominational outreach ministry, if you or your church would like to be involved, you are so welcome!
We are not going out as a single congregation, we are moving as one to make a positive impact in the community. .What to bring? - something to eat and drink
(sun is out, please wear some protective clothing

/ protective gloves if you have some

Doesn't it make more sense to stay in the boat while there is a storm upon the deep? Surely the boat (that which I'm used to) will provide a bit better, it will least keep me, even though its bashing to and fro by the raging waves and winds. Is this not how we often react? Let me stay in the familiar and that way I at least "feel" safe.
I for one can say I have many a time reasoned like this, but going over the new testament makes me see all the more, the higher calling we have received! In the old testament we followed the prophet to hear what God has said, yet here we see Jesus walking towards us on the water, and he simply says: COME !!
Let us take that step, its somewhat uncharted, many will tell you to stay in the boat. No, the boat will only give me what I have, Jesus however will let me walk on the waters with him!

31st October 2015, we will launch "Project clean up" - open to anyone who would like to join,
We will meet at the Woolworths parking area in Sunward park boksburg (Kingfisher ave) time: 10:00am - 14:00pm
Let this be the generation that brings the church of Christ together as one, as we go into the streets cleaning up the area of Sunwardpark Boksburg. (More to follow)
Why does it matter? Its taking care of the small things! - thinking about our drinking water is but one aspect. TBOC - is exactly as it says, we are not going out as one to promote our congregations, we are going out to make an impact on the community !! THE BODY OF CHRIST. (Please support by bringing along some black refuse bags, thx, :-)
