We met for our annual Diocese of the Free State Clergywives Fellowship gathering over the weekend, and we thank God for His protection and mercy over our lives and our families'.

The gathering kicked off with a movie night/pyjama date where we had a 'bring & share' ritual of sharing the snacks we have with each other.

Saturday was a full day, from team building games, to spa treatment and swimming/relaxation, AND a soirée. The ladies looked stunning.

This morning, Sunday morning, we joined and worshipped with the congregation from the Holy Cross Parish, Phahameng (Bloemfontein.). We thank the parish for welcoming us and for preparing a delicious lunch meal for us. God bless you.

We, therefore, express our gratitude to the entire diocesan community, especially the parishes and guilds in the parishes, that contributed towards the ladies' fees for the weekend.

We specially thank Me Mpho Lephalo, our guest speaker and congregant at St. Augustine's, Thaba Nchu, for her message of assurance and encouragement for the ladies.

We thank the Mothers' Union and the Brotherhood of St. Andrew' diocesan presidents for giving us messages of support.

We also thank various parishioners who bought gifts for the clergy wives, as a symbol of love and appreciation for the clergy wives.

Lastly, we thank each mamoruti for her efforts to attend the gathering and ensuring that it becomes a success. We hope you each had a great time and arrived safely at home.
