Leadership Wisdom.
You don't submit to your leaders because you like them, but you submit to them because of the mission or vision they serve. Your submission to your leaders is not to advance them but to advance the mission. What brought you together is the Mission and therefore the Mission is bigger than both of you. The Mission or Vision gave birth to your leadership position, therefore positions are meant to serve the Mission. You are not positioned to be served but to serve. Changing the position higher is not the goal but advancing the Mission is the fundamental focus. Personal feelings must be set aside so that we can advance the mission. Immaturity is fighting to protect your personal feelings at the expense of the mission, instead of fighting to advance the Mission. Remember that you are not the Mission, so stop drawing all the attention to you because It's not about You. Therefore it takes serious humility to submit, again remember it's not about You, your opinions and feelings but it's About the Mission Or Vision. If you think everything is about you, then you will break!!!!!
