John 3:6 (KJV) “That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.”

Message:
You are a spirit man, your flesh is the embodiment of who you really are. Do not starve your spirit to please your flesh, prioritise your spiritual life first and the rest shall follow. The results of following flesh are deadly, see Galatians 5:19. And the fruits produced by the desire of the Holy Spirit are good. Die in your flesh and live in Spirit for the Spirit.
