There is another way to lead.

Not from pressure…
but from presence.

Not from proving…
but from belonging.

When identity is rooted in God,
influence no longer needs to carry you.

It overflows.

Quietly.
Consistently.
Without striving.

You stop building something to become someone.
You start living from who you already are.

And from that place:

Decisions become clearer
Leadership becomes steadier
Impact becomes deeper

Influence was always meant to flow from your covenant identity — not define it.

You are sealed.
You are His.
You are sent.

When identity is built on output, something begins to shift.

You may not notice it at first. But over time, you feel it:
--The pressure to perform
--The need to prove
--The weight of always having to sustain it

What once felt like momentum… starts to feel like maintenance.

And eventually… pressure.

Because influence was never designed to carry your identity.

When identity is built on output… it creates a cycle: Prove → perform → sustain → repeat

And the cost is quiet… but real.
--Fatigue
--Comparison
--Fragility

INFLUENCE BECOMES PRESSURE

You were never meant to carry your identity this way.

But it’s also the fulfilment of covenant — and your seal.

The cross was never just about rescue. It was covenant fulfilled.

Through it, something shifted: You are no longer striving to become… You are marked as belonging.

Sealed.
Not by performance. But by the blood of Christ.

Not building identity through influence… But releasing influence from identity.

There is the difference between the following:
* Pressure... or peace
* Striving... or overflow
* Performance... or authority

Easter is not just something we remember. It’s something we carry.

You are sealed.
You are His.
Now live as one sent.

I’ve been exploring the idea of a small Kingdom Leadership Round Table where Christian leaders can talk openly about leadership, faith, and calling.

A space where pastors learn leadership from marketplace leaders and leaders learn to shepherd like pastors.

Not a conference. Not a programme. Just thoughtful, valuable conversation around a table.
