-Our Mondays are better than yours-
Youth nights on a Monday evening is our favorite. In actual fact it's our favorite day of the week. So much so that we would want it to be Monday every day of the week.
Last night, June 12, it was yet agian proven that even a storm won't stop us from gathering. Although, for some it was a bit challenging to get to church, we still made an effort to be in eachother's presence. A month ago loadshedding tried to stop us from gathering and even from having our fundraising event, but still remained focused. We decided that nothing will stop us nor be a hindrance from moving to higher heights.
We've created our own safe space, away from this harsh and stressful world we living in. As difficult life can be, it's even more difficult and challenging to be youth. With God on our side all things are possible! That's what driving us and keeping the motivation of this youth group. Atleast we can connect and share with our peers all the challenges, trials and tribulations we are facing, which sometimes our parents won't even understand. It's though, but we try every single day.
We remain focused and put God first in every single thing we do and the rest follows.
Please continue to pray for our youth. Your love, support and guidance are always needed.
