We are praying into us as a community as well as God being with us as a Church this year.

Please join us at 6pm tonight at Reconciliation Road Church as we break bread together and share in communion to end our day of fasting.

This month we continue our journey through the epistles by reading another two of Paul’s letters.

We start by reading 2 Timothy. A letter Paul wrote to Timothy whilst he was in prison in which he shows how following Jesus often involves risk, sacrifice, tension and discomfort. Paul shows how these things are not a sign of Jesus absence, as many would incorrectly teach or assume, but that it is precisely these dark and difficult moments that Jesus’ love and faithfulness can become most tangible and real to us.

We then move onto 2 Corinthians together. This letter gives us a unique window into the life of Paul and how he resolves his conflict with the Corinthians by showing how the scandal of the crucifixion turns our value systems upside-down.

In addition to these letters, we continue our daily walk through the Psalms.
Feast on God’s word with us!

In March (29-31) we get to celebrate celebrate our Risen Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ! We will start off with:
- Good Friday service 29 March at 9am
- Holy Saturday 30 March, which we will observe with a beach prayer walk at 7am
- Resurrection Sunday service 31 March at 9am

You are invited to set aside time these days to “make room” for the mystery of Christ’s death and resurrection. Make space in your days for prayer, for silence and for reflection.

In November, we will contemplate the theme of our RRC Conference '23, "NEW GROUND", by reading the Old Testament book of Joshua. This book recounts the period when God's people began to inherit the new ground of God's Promised Land. As we read, let's ask God to speak to us personally and as a church so that we will inherit all that God calls us into. In addition to following the narrative of the book of Joshua, we will keep meditating on Psalm daily.

It's the first week of the month and you know what that means 💃🏽🎉 See you tomorrow ladies🙌🏾
