God has been faithful through a season of transition, growth, and encouragement in the life of our church. 🙌
After faithfully serving our church family, Blake Tucker stepped down from his position as Lead Elder. We are deeply grateful for his leadership, service, and the impact he has made on our community. To honour Blake and Rachel and their contribution to RRC’s staff, our staff team shared a farewell brunch together celebrating God’s goodness!
During this season, Nozipho Dhlamini stepped onto staff as Church Coordinator, helping to bring stability and support to the church. We continue to pray and trust God for wisdom and guidance as we seek a new Lead Elder.
We are also grateful for Samantha Hoatson from OneHope Church, who joined our team as Administrator and has helped strengthen and stabilise the church during this transition period.
In the midst of the challenges that have come with a transition phase we have celebrated so many beautiful moments like our Leadership Gathering – an encouraging time of connection, vision, and faith for the future.
Prince Blom launched a young men’s discipleship group, helping young men grow in their faith and walk with Jesus.
We celebrated baptisms and rejoiced in lives transformed by the gospel. đź’™
Worship continues to thrive, and our prayer meetings remain a vital part of church life as we seek God’s guidance and pray for a new Lead Elder.
We celebrated Simisiwe Dhlamini’s ordination as an elder at Rec Road Church and thank God for continuing to raise up leaders.
Through every transition and milestone, God has been faithful. We remain confident that He is building His church. ❤️
